This spacious first-floor apartment is bright and sunny with a large bay window looking out the front of the house. There is a private balcony off the 2nd bedroom with a table and chairs overlooking the garden. The fully equipped kitchen is open plan to the lounge/dining area.

Why they chose this property
The properties are family and pet friendly and the area is very well connected to the town of London, only 12 to 20 minutes by train to London Charing Cross and London Bridge but also very close to the stunning countryside, only 40 minutes to be in the middle of the Deer Park in the green Sevenoaks!
What makes this property unique
Owner managed so more of a personal service. The beautiful English gardens, the fish pond, the aviary and the variety of plants and flower will enchant you, along with a stunning Greek-style heated swimming pool and a sauna will charm you.
