The apartment was completely renovated in the summer of 2017 with quality materials.
It consists of a "life" part:

très bonne location

l'appartement est en plein coeur de val thorens, au premier étage de la résidence coté montagne. il est bien insonorisé. Bien organisé avec trois chambres séparées il faut cependant avoir conscience que la deuxième chambre double ne comprend pas de fenêtre comme la chambre avec les lits superposés.La cuisine est bien équipée avec un four et un micro onde et de nombreux ustensiles de cuisine. un bon rapport qualité-prix. Les formalités d'entrée ont été très simples: envoi du code de la boite à clés par SMS après un contact téléphonique avec l'entreprise gestionnaire sur place, ce qui permet sans difficultés d'arriver tard voire très tard.

Good time n Val Thoren

The good points: Very easy rental process via Vrbo website. Very nice apartment, well furnished and comfortable. Very good kitchen facilities Easy access to the slopes. The not so good points: Front door needs some attention. Balcony looks straight onto roadway and other properties. One morning blood stained sheets and towels appeared just outside the balcony, presumably from the apartment above! The apartment is unfortunately let down by the block that it is situated in. Although our stay was not spoilt, the Olympiad’s block was full of students on large group holidays who were having a great time so inevitably there was some noise and knocking on the apartment door in the evening.

Appart O K mais Résidence cata.

Appartement conforme à l'annonce suffisamment confortable pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants. Déco chalet tendance sympa. Précision 1 lit en 160 et 1 en 140 ( pour apporter les les draps adéquats.) Rien ne nous a manqué sauf la tranquillité pendant les nuits. Propreté correcte à notre arrivé , petit souci de bonde de douche bouchée mais résolu dans la matinée par le technicien qui très sympathique de même que Marion qui c'est occupée de notre arrivée et de notre petit souci. Par contre la résidence est catastrophique occupée en majorité par des jeunes étrangers qui ne pensent qu'a faire la fête dans les apparts et sur les balcons et qui laissent leurs détritus dans les communs. Impossible de passer une nuit entière sans être obligé de sortir pour demander du silence (qui ne respecterons que quelques minutes). Par contre hyper bien situé dans la station tout est à proximité tout est accessible à pied. Neige exelente et en quantité beau domaine et très bonne ESF Séjour du 11 au 18 mars 2023 Pierre

Très bel appartement, bonne commodité. Au pied des pistes, appartement fonctionnel et confortable pour 6 adultes. Disponibilité de l’agence et du propriétaire, Petit bémol pour les parties communes vétustes et mal entretenues, sales. Agréable séjour par ailleurs.

Logement très fonctionnel et très bien situé

Appartement très bien agencé, bien équipé (même si il manquait un grille pain!), très fonctionnel pour notre famille de 6. Tout est à deux pas (courses, location ski, départ des pistes) ! Par contre, parties communes vraiment vieillottes, et mauvaise insonorisation de l'immeuble !!!!! On entend les voisins, les bruits de couloir.

Un bon séjour mais quelques nuits mouvementées

Le propriétaire est très agréable et disponible et dispense de nombreux conseils très utiles à un séjour réussi (des précisions concernant les modalités de stationnement dans l'annonce pourraient être un plus cependant, pour ceux qui ne connaissent pas déjà Val Thorens, car la réservation des places de parking doit se faire 7 jours minimum avant l'arrivée et des prix réduits sont pratiqués sous un certains délai). L'appartement est également agréable et chaleureux grâce à une belle ambiance chalet. La gestion de l'immeuble est cependant de moins bonne qualité. Le ménage laisse un peu à désirer (à noter cependant qu'il nous fut offert) et le chauffage au sol (centralisé au niveau de l'immeuble) était beaucoup trop fort, si bien qu'il nous a été très difficile de dormir la première nuit, en particulier pour notre fils de 2 ans. Cela étant, le personnel a été tout à fait à notre écoute et a résolu cette problématique dès le lendemain. Enfin, l'isolation de l'immeuble en général étant très mauvaise, certaines nuits ont été assez agitées en raison d'un voisinage particulièrement irrespectueux (pour information, séjour hors saison, aux côtés de la jeunesse anglaise et hollandaise...). Globalement, un bon séjour bien que l'on puisse regretter de ne pas avoir pu nous reposer suffisamment. Nota au propriétaire: nous pensons que le bois est infecté par des insectes xylophages (trou et crépitement dans le bois), à vérifier pour éviter que votre bien ne se dégrade.

Un refuge au milieu du désordre

L’appartement reste à la hauteur de notre attente le style de la décoration ainsi que l’agencement nous met directement dans l’ambiance Les équipements sont dans l’ensemble parfait Il faut juste une louche pour la soupe et un affûteur à couteau pour être au top😋 Un petit problème avec l’ascenseur a été réglé en moins de 12h donc parfait pour la réactivité Le seul bémol reste les travaux dans la station et la réorganisation des activités proposées les été qui influe également sur l’ouverture des services et magasins que nous avions l’habitude de trouver Mais encore merci 🤩 au propriétaire du bien

Great well equipped apartment.

We stayed here during the Coronavirus outbreak, so the actual holiday we terrible but the accommodation was decent. Might be a bit noisy for a family, but for younger groups it's great. The kitchen is really well equipped, tons of equipment even for bigger parties. Everything is nice and clean, just make sure you arrange rental for sheets and towels. Great location right in the centre of VT as well, no issues getting anywhere.

joli mais trop bruyant

L'appartement est plutôt joli, bien situé à une cinquantaine de mètres des pistes. Plus pour 4 que 6 pers je pense. Par contre l'environnement est catastrophique, 90 % de l'immeuble est occupé par des jeunes qui passent les nuits à faire la fête. Et c'est comme ça tout le temps d'après le vigile. Bref, plusieurs nuits blanches dans la semaine. Et nous avons du faire le ménage en arrivant, l'appartement était dégoûtant.

Beautiful apartment. Has everything you need (but no washing machine)

The only thing that lets this apartment down is the other guests. The rest of the rooms were all young groups and were noisy throughout the night. Maybe we were unlucky on our week. The apartment however, is excellent.

Idéal pour profiter au mieux de la station

Joli appartement cosy en plein cœur de la station. Tout est à proximité. Bien équipé et joliment décoré. Idéal pour 4 personnes meme si les deux lits cabine peuvent se rendre utiles pour 6. Contrairement à quelques commentaires, certe la résidence loge beaucoup de jeunes désireux de faire la fête a val Thorens (comme dans toute la station en fait !). Mais pour notre part nous n avons à aucun moment été ennuyés, il y a un gardien la nuit qui veille au grain, et les nuits ont été très tranquilles. Je recommande cet appartement, même si les parties communes en effet mériteraient un petit coup de jeune, mais est ce bien le plus important ?... avec plaisir nous reviendrons.

Très décevant

L’appartement a certes été récemment rénové mais la copropriété est dans un très mauvais état et est extrement sale. De plus, si vous chercher à vous reposer pendant votre séjour impossible car l’immeuble est bruyant. Nous n’avons pas eu de wifi pendant 3/4 de notre séjour. La porte de l’appartement a été forcée il semblerait du coup elle ferme à peine. Et à notre arrivée l’appartement était lui aussi très sale. Malgré tout l’emplacement est idéal, en plein centre de Val Thorens, à proximité de tout.
