The Villa is located on the south-eastern shore of Rhodes island, Greece, with plenty of unspoiled beaches of sand & pebbles, in an area called Kiotari, and it is perfectly situated in an amphitheatric location, overlooking the breathtaking views of the sea.

Features
The sea view villa, consist of a bedroom with a double bed and another second bedroom with two single beds. The maximum occupancy of the villa is for 5 people. The fifth person may sleep also separately in the living room on a sofa bed. A spacious kitchen with all necessary utensils and equipment, a dining room, all for a maximum capacity of 5 people are part of the villas services. The dining room has a window providing you with sea view. Furthermore there is a living room in a typical Rhodian style with a fireplace for the winter months. Also, there is a large bathroom with WC, bathtub, mirror and hair dryer.

Outdoor area
From your veranda and green garden with sun loungers you can enjoy the sea view. The resort also benefits from a communal swimming pool with ombrelas and sunbeds, a children's playground, a large garden, about 3000 sq meters, around villa with pomegranates and other fruits.
