Posidonia Residence - Vacation in Villasimius

Three-room apartment located on the first floor of a terraced house, fully furnished in May 2017.

The accommodation consists of a lounge / kitchen, 2 bedrooms, a bathroom. there are also 2 balconies and a terrace for outdoor dining.

Up to 6 people can be accommodated (2 + 2 in the bedrooms, 2 in the lounge with the sofa bed).

You will have a comfortable garage located in the basement area.

There are also free public parking spaces.


The accommodation
LIVING AREA
In the living area you will have a double sofa bed, a smart LED TV, a table with chairs and an equipped kitchen.
From the room you can access a covered terrace
The digital terrestrial TV is equipped with USB player inputs to read avi, mp3 and photo files.
The table is extendable and there are 6 chairs.
The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner gas hob, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave.
Inside you will find dishes, cutlery, glasses, cups, cups, mocha coffee maker, plastic container pots, tablecloths, cutting boards, bottle openers, can openers.


NIGHT ZONE 1
In the sleeping area you will find the double bed, equipped with pillows, sheets, blankets, a large wardrobe for clothes, bedside tables, lamps.

You can also have a large wardrobe for clothes, bedside tables, lamps.
The door / window leads to a small balcony where you can find various accessories for cleaning and hang clothes.


BATHROOM
In the bathroom, in addition to the usual sanitary facilities, we will provide you with a hairdryer and a hairdryer.
You will also find a washing machine, iron and ironing board.


GARAGE - CAR BOX
Finally, there is a convenient garage located below in the basement area of the complex.
Inside, in addition to parking the car, you can store bicycles, motor vehicles and the inevitable beach equipment.
