New apartment very well appointed in the heart of Palm Mar in the CAPE SALEMA residence, very nice view, quiet, with beautiful swimming pools with deckchairs, one for children, dishwasher, WIFI, all French-speaking, Belgian channels, TV Vlaanderen, english channels, german and video club included in French and English
Palm Mar is a residential area in a privileged area located between two nature reserves and the sea. Palm Mar is 100% residential, with no hotel or nightclub and no traffic. Ideal place for vacationers who want to be close to everything but in a quiet, elegant, exclusive and sought-after area. Palm Mar is near the tourist area of Los Cristianos and Las Americas in just 10 minutes by car. Tenerife Sur Queen Sofia Airport is 10 km away. Palm Mar is continuously patrolled by a private security company as well as the local police. There you will find a supermarket, bars, restaurants, (the best is the Sea Lounge and the Bahia Beach), bakery, bank etc ... all within 50m walk from the apartment. The rural beach, the beautiful BAHIA BEACH beach club, the promenade and the magnificent Malpais de La Rasca nature reserves (popular for walking and trekking) are less than two minutes' walk away. There you can discover a volcanic and colorful landscape along the sea. You can admire the diversity of wild animals and plants of the place and of Tenerife. Golf courses, water sports, horse riding, excursions, harbor, etc. just 5-15 minutes away by car.

Lovely stay here in Palm Mar

Overall a lovely stay in this apartment with easy check in and check out. Easy walking distance to bars,restaurants,beach and supermarkets. Apartment was as described with a fully equipped kitchen.A nice touch was a bottle of sparkling wine and bottle of water left in fridge on our arrival. Sadly cleanliness wasnt great especially in bathroom and bedroom areas.Paint peeling off on bathroom ceiling and shower tiles were grubby. Additionally lack of spare bedding was an issue as we were staying for nearly 2 weeks. As above a lovely overall stay but with a bit more effort could have been perfect.

Apartment needs updating. Bathroom ceiling paint flaking off Kitchen units very high shelves and dois need attention. Insufficent towels , and bedding. No english instructions for washing machine. We have stayed in several apartments in Pal mar and they have always been exceptional

Good and quiet place. No noisy music so you could relax whenever you wanted.

As before said, the property was good and everything as we suspectet. What on the other hand made our trip bad was the covid19. But that is an other story.

Goed appartement in Palm Mar

De woing is erg goed beschreven op de web site en heeft een goede prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Alles klopt. De woning ligt in een complex dat is afgeschermd met eigen, electronisch geregelde toegang en dat biedt extra veiligheid. PalmMar is niet zo toeristisch en daarmee wat rustiger dan gebieden rond Costa Adeje.

Tout est conforme au descriptif et aux photos. Propreté, équipement et entretien de l'immeuble au top. Appartement comme neuf. Endroit très calme, y compris la nuit, peu de monde, idéal pour se reposer et pour les familles avec enfants en bas-âge.

perfect and well located in the center of Palm Mar

First of all, Chantal's son Cedric, the host, is nice and kind person and he'll be happy to suggest what to visit on the island. Why is Chantal's apartment absolutely amazing? 5. lt's very nice located in calm and piece area Palm Mar 4. Apartment is new and has everything what you need to feel like you are at home 3. Parking, bars, restaurants, markets are so close to the apartment 2. Beach is 300 m from apartment AND The most what is absolutely absolutely amazing is... 1. the view from balcony :) Having dinner, watching sunset, listening to the ocean is something that give this apartment one more reason to be chosen. Thank you Chantal for everything! See you again, for sure! :)

Very clean and everything we could possibly need for our stay.

Cedric was very nice and always available for any questions we might have had. The apartment was very nice and clean and with a great view. The pool area downstairs was also very clean and fun. The apartment is very central with stores just a 2 minute walk away and about 10 mins walk from the beach. Everything that makes for a great vacation was provided to us and upon returning we would definitely choose this accommodation again.
