Villa Ivanka is located in the Dalmatian village of Sevid where time appears to have stood still. Away from urban areas and traffic jams this villa offers calm, tranquility, unspoiled nature and crystal clear sea. The villa itself occupies a grandstand position overlooking the bay; a patchwork of big and small islands that reach out to sea. The terraces make the most of the views.
The modern interior is comfortable and accommodates up to 12 people. It consists of 5 fully furnished bedrooms with double beds, 2 bathrooms with showers, 2 kitchens (each of them equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and oven) and 2 large terraces for lounging and dining. In the garden set in the typical Mediterranean surroundings you can spend some quality time with your family and friends by the pool, on the playground or barbecuing.
If you’re looking for some entertainment and discovering beautiful Dalmatian towns, Sevid is a perfect spot. When you take the main highway from Marina, Šibenik is a short drive away and in the opposite direction, just 30 minutes away, you can easily reach beautiful Split and Trogir. You can also enjoy a day trip to nearby islands Hvar, Brac and Vis and also go hiking in the mountains Mosor and Kozjak. In the village itself you can taste the delicacies of this region by sparkling, turquoise water.
