Located on the 3rd floor of an elevator building, this pet-friendly unit is within St. Augustine Beach’s gated Ocean Village Club resort community. Its proximity to the white sands and blue waters is just one of its many benefits. The resort includes not one but 2 pools—one heated, the other by the ocean. When you’re not swimming or relaxing on a poolside chaise afterward, you can take improve your serve on Ocean Village Club’s tennis courts, work out in the fitness center, or play shuffleboard. If you work up an appetite but can’t bear to head indoors, you can cook yourself a meal at the grill area and then savor it at one of the picnic tables. Ocean Village Club Q32 has plenty of its own amenities—and we’re not just talking about the free WiFi and the cable TV. The condo’s furnishings take both comfort and elegance into consideration. The living room, for instance, includes a plush sofa (which can convert into a queen-size bed) and 2 wonderfully roomy armchairs.
