The dwellings of the peasants who worked on the farm, factories and other farmhouses were built in the late 19th century. The splendid Arunte room, 35 m2 in size, is located on the ground floor with independent access and shared garden. It is equipped with air conditioning, wifi inside and outside, and smart TV.

The bedroom, equipped with modern furnishings and a comfortable mini bar, has a double canopy bed and armchairs with an adjoining table.

The bathroom has a large shower and a sauna equipped with chromotherapy.
