The characteristics of our structure represent a decidedly warm environment that reflects the warmth of our land in terms of hospitality and friendliness.


Thanks to its central location you can reach the attractions of the town in just a few minutes, but also the natural beauty of the surroundings, taking advantage of the convenient cable car from which you will also enjoy a suggestive panorama.


The house was built according to the typical architecture of the Catanese area and furnished in a modern and functional way in Sicilian style: ceramic floors, fixtures and solid wood furnishings, ceramic and wrought iron objects made by the skilled hands of local artisans.


The B&B has independent access and the hosts live on the lower floor; their presence is therefore limited to the bare minimum, ensuring maximum guest privacy even in the common areas of the house.


All rooms welcoming and carefully furnished and equipped; a large panoramic terrace will allow you to relax in an oasis of tranquility under the warm sun of the island.

This was ramshakled array of dirty and broken furniture, that needed throwing away , The place was filthy, the sheets didnt fit the bed and the room was just full of beds !!. The electrics were dangerous or didnt work . Breakfast was a joke. Parking is 5 mins away and will cost you about £25 a day. Very good location and the guys were helpfull with the luggage. But it must be one of the worst and filthy est place's we have ever stayed. Very annoyed.

Soggiorno pessimo
Premetto che il prezzo rispetto al periodo di soggiorno era conveniente e che già dalle foto si vedeva che non era curatissimo, ma non pensavamo fino a questo punto. Già da subito abbiamo avuto qualche problema riguardante l'assegnazione della camera perché non tutte hanno il bagno in camera e tutte sono solo con il ventilatore e no climatizzatore, cosa che non era chiara nel sito (o forse non sono stata attenta io). Devo dire che sono stati tempestivi nel rispondere alle mie richieste e cercare di risolvere, peccato che la scelta era fra mansarda, quindi più calda e stanza al pian terreno più piccola con finestra che da sulla strada. Optiamo per quella al pian terreno. Appena entrati un forte odore di umidità, stanza piccolissima, soffocante, in lunghezza corrisponde allo spazio occupato da letto singolo più letto matrimoniale ( l'uno quasi attaccato all'altro con comodino intermedio), in larghezza solo lo spazio del letto matrimoniale più 3/4 di porta che dava dietro a un piccolo bagno (quindi 1/3 prendeva il letto, praticamente dormivi con la testa accanto alla porta del bagno). Il letto aveva dei problemi di stabilità, ma è stato subito risolto. La finestra non potevamo aprirla, ne le ante ne le serrande perché praticamente eri sulla strada senza inferriata di protezione, il tempo che siamo stati dentro appena spegnevi il ventilatore perché piuttosto rumoroso soffocavi dal caldo. Nel bagno il lavandino, appena facevi scorrere l'acqua, si otturava, fili della lampada attaccati con lo scotc e in ultimo il tutto era contornato da polvere, ambiente palesemente non pulito prima. Mi hanno dato l'impressione di brave persone, ma che sicuramente non sanno investire i guadagni, bastava poco per renderla accomodante.

Gospodarz który wchodził do pokoju pod naszą nieobecność na pewno nie w celu sprzątania. Bardzo nieprzyjemny. Słychać było awantury z członkami jego rodziny. Codziennie przypominał swoim gościom do kiedy trwa ich pobyt. Wypraszał nas z pokoju przed godziną wymeldowania. Pościel i ręczniki niedoprane, łóżko zarwane. W łazience przydałoby się porządnie sprzątanie. Lokalizacja wporzadku, jedyny plus.

Cave
Room looks like collection of things to throw away. Every single thing is broken. The main lamp is white lamp as you have in hospital, the pillows remembers first Sicilians in Taormina. Bathroom is a joke. To the owners of that cave, you have a business so invest, treat people with respect.
