Lovely rural location, ideal for exploring Gower and south west Wales. The house has lots of space for 7 people with quality furnishings and very comfy beds. Rates were very reasonable as well.
Excellent property and lucky to have 35C weather in Wales! Beautiful place and lovely and quiet, highly recommended. Paul was a great host and even managed to sort us out with a power lead that he stole from one of his kids.
The converted barn is tucked away and the story of how it all began awaits you, with pictures of a journey into the making of a tranquil setting, carefully thought out to give a luxury feel and show welcome and warmth.
Lovely property with friendly and hospitable owners.
The only reason we rated it 4/5 Stars is because fixtures and fittings especially in the bathrooms are cheap and some basics are lacking. Also due to remote location of property there is nothing to do within walking distance of property.

Lovely Rural Barn Conversion
We stayed last weekend at Y Llaethdy for a wedding in the area and had a very enjoyable if too short time there. It is very spacious, comfortable and well furnished. An excellent base for a holiday on the Gower.

Warm, well-equipped cottage
This is a lovely barn conversion with good eco credentials. A bit lacking in sound-proofing between the bedrooms but we had a lovely post-Christmas break here. Really helpful, friendly owners on site.
