Very comfortable terraced house with sea views situated only a 3 minutes walking from the centre of Begur where you have all the shops, restaurants, bars... and 1.5km from Sa Riera beach. Consists of two spacious living dining room with access to a terrace, fully equipped modern kitchen with access to the back terrace, three bedrooms ( two twins and one double) two full bathrooms and a separate toilet. Garage. Terraces. Large comunal garden with swimming pool for 14 houses. Communal pool: 10x6m.
