Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen with dining area, sitting room with dining area, utility room and a snug. To the outside is off road parking for three cars and a lawn and patio area with furniture. Located in a heart warming setting and close to amenities and attractions, Lynton House is a memorable cottage in a wonderful part of England.
Amenities: Oil central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washer and dryer, dishwasher, TVs with Freeview, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair on request. Lockable bike storage. Off road parking for 3 cars. Lawn and patio area with furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Note: This property does not accept worker bookings. Note: There is a lovely playground a small walk from the property (less than 10 minutes)
