South Lodge is an annexe cottage in the village of Hazelbury Bryan in Dorset. It has two bedrooms made up of a king size and a twin, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove as well as a conservatory. To the outside there is off road parking for two cars and a back garden that has a patio with furniture and a lawn area. South Lodge is a wonderfully presented cottage in a fantastic rural location.

Electric oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge,with mini table top freezer, washer/dryer, dishwasher, 2 x Smart TV, Wii console, radio, WIFI, selection of books and games, electronic safe. Fuel, power and starter pack inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 3 cars. Rear patio with furniture and a lawn area. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Pub 4 minute walk, shop 8 minute walk. Note: Be careful on spiral staircase. Note: This property does not accept children under 8 years of age
