About this property

Our property is a very sweet Italian built 2 bedroom house. It is one of four attached houses and ours is in the rear corner so is very private. It has a kitchen, living room and downstairs loo downstairs and two bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms upstairs.
It is in a very good location where you can easily walk to everywhere.
It is very close to Praia Antonio Sousa beach (2 minute walk) where Angulos and Planet windsurfing are located. You can easily walk to shops, bars, restaurants etc in a couple of minutes and the bakery is very close so you can get lovely fresh bread in the morning.

We are a family of four who used to live in Cape Verde but now live in the UK. We love our holidays in Cape Verde and love our little house.

Why they chose this property

It's really unique to find a house with a garden and two floors. Most holiday lets in Santa Maria are apartments so it is a very unique rental. There is a built in barbecue in the garden so you can go fishing (of buy fresh fish) and barbecue it for your supper.
