This charming little apartment, just renovated and well furnished, is located on the first floor without elevator (20 steps) of a beautiful building of the early '900. It is composed of entrance / living room (sofa bed 120x190) -furnished kitchen-bathroom with large shower-double bedroom (bed 160x200) -small terrace with washing machine. Single heating, air conditioning, bright and quiet.
We are in the Fortezza da Basso area, at the entrance to the center of Florence, in a strategic position as it is ideal for those arriving by train (station 7 minutes walk), both for those arriving by car (public and private car parks in near) and for those arriving by plane (airport 10 minutes by taxi or bus). Thanks to the location you can stay and visit Florence without the need to use cars or public transport as all the major tourist attractions can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The small suite can accommodate up to 3 max 4 people: perfect for individuals or couples even with children.
Also very suitable for those who move for work due to the proximity to the Fortezza da Basso (1 minute walk) and the Palazzo dei Congressi (5 minutes walk).
