Pretty new (2015), luxury & fully furnished modern Penthouse of 80sqm, sunny with spacious front (35sqm) as well as rear (25sqm) terraces. Is located at the top floor of a 6 floor building. There is a bus stop for Sightseeing Bus and Onassio Cardio Hospital are located 150m away. The access from Athens Intl. Airport is easy by Metro (Line 3) to Syntagma sq. and then by bus (line B2). Port of Piraeus is ca. 5km for all boats to Greek Islands. Calamaki Marina is another centre for Sailing is ca. 4km away is connected also by B2 bus or Tram line.
