Villa Xinito is a sweet, charming property, full of character and atmosphere, located in a quiet position near Pollensa. With capacity for 4 people in 2 air-conditioned rooms, Villa Xinito is the perfect choice for a couple or a small family. Thanks to its large lawned gardens, private pool and perfect location, Villa Xinito will not disappoint.
Inside, the villa is located on one floor. From the open living/dining room, with exposed beams, doors open to the impressive covered terrace, which gives access to the pool area, which in turn gives way to a large lawn. A step forward leads to a double bedroom with a full en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom and another full bathroom for the whole family.
The large gardens (surprisingly large for a property with only 2 bedrooms) are planted with lots of fig trees and the landscape beyond gives the villa a seductively tranquil atmosphere. In addition, a roof terrace (accessed by a spiral staircase) offers a new opportunity to enjoy splendid views of the countryside and the surroundings. Sun loungers and outdoor furniture are available for guests.
Free air conditioning from 14:00 h to 16:00 h and from 20:00 h to 08:00 h.
The tourist tax is included in the price.
