Peek Ocean View Condo, Located Downtown Morro Bay - 30 night minimum

This is a beautifully decorated 3 bedroom, 2¾ bath 2 story townhouse in a great location in Downtown Morro Bay. It has an open floor plan that can easily accommodate 6 guests. The living room has a fireplace, a flat screen TV and a Blue Ray DVD player, books and games for your enjoyment. All bedrooms have a flat screen TV and remote. The upstairs living space includes a living room, kitchen, dining area which is all open for easy entertaining and access to a deck with BBQ off of the living room and a view of the ocean. Also upstairs is the master suite with a private ¾ bath and a king bed, a guest bathroom and the 2nd bedroom that has a king bed that can easily convert to twin beds. The first floor has the 3rd bedroom with a king bed that can also easily convert to twin beds, bathroom, washer and dryer and a two car garage. It's only a short walk to downtown, and the Embarcadero with great restaurants and shops. The beach and the rock are also walking distance from this home.

Please note: this is a condominium townhouse and is in close proximity to other residences. We ask that guests please observe rules regarding noise and parking so the neighbors are not disturbed. This property may not be suitable for all guests, please send an inquiry if you have any questions about our policies prior to booking.

Perfect location

Stayed here for a weekend with friends and had a great time. Location is super close to downtown and there is plenty of parking. It has a very spacious live ng room and kocten, which is perfect for entertaining. Would definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Property

Our stay was terrific. The apartment was clean, neat and well managed. The kitchen has everything one would need to start cooking. Check in and check out process was seamless. Bed comfortable. We will be returning to Morro Bay and would like to stay here again.

Well equipped, comfy townhouse!

This condo was very well equipped and furnished very comfortably. Kelly was a pleasure to deal with. However, if you're looking for a peaceful/quiet weekend, this location isn't the quietest. The traffic on Main Street is pretty loud if you have the slider open. Also, the neighbor's garage is right under the living room. Throughout the day, they probably opened and closed that door 100 times, with each time vibrating the living room floor. And you'll also hear the fog horn throughout your stay. Proximity to local restaurants and the boardwalk was fantastic. We loved the Siren for watching live music and football.

21st Birthday!

Three of us moms stayed with our newly 21 year old daughters. We went wine tasting in Paso, dinner and bars in SLO in addition to Morro. We enjoyed walking around Morro and saw sea lions, otters and other wildlife. We were there for the Saturday farmers market so we walked around and the girls found some treasures at the local thrift shops. The place was very roomy and it was great that each bedroom had a bathroom they could use!

We booked last minute and pleasantly surprised by the responsiveness of the property manager, cleanliness which is a big thing for our family to feel comfortable with a stay, and location. Ideal!

This condo was the best VRBO we've ever used. Clean, well appointed, great location. There were three couples and it was just the perfect set up for all of us. Also, the kitchen was so well supplied. We will definitely come back. Also, the location to the farmers market, restaurants and the waterfront could not have been better.

Walking Morro Bay

I had family visiting from Texas and wanted them to experience the charm of California’s central coast. I selected this property due to its location and room to accommodate everyone in our group. This property has nice furnishings, was well appointed from nice towels and linens, all the utensils/appliances needed as well as bicycles and beach chairs. Thankfully, this condo’s location allowed us to walk everywhere we wished to explore in Morro Bay. Good thing as it helped us to exercise off some of the excess calories we took in at the numerous good restaurants we enjoyed while there. If you are looking for a place to stay in Morro Bay and need room for six people, this is it.

Wonderful getaway

This was an incredible vacation home - the best we've ever stayed at! The space is large, modern, and very clean. The kitchen is a dream for cooking in - plenty of space and everything you could ever want to use and more. It was well stocked with high quality pots, pans, etc. The location was great as it's very easy to walk or ride bikes anywhere. Would definitely stay here again!

Comfortable and Clean

The townhouse was spacious and very open. It was a great place to connect with family, had all the amenities you would expect, and is within walking distance of the cute downtown of Morro Bay. You are close the harbor (note: you will hear the fog horn throughout the night) and many yummy restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

This was the perfect place for an ocean get-away! The neighborhood was quiet and close to everything! It’s just a short walk into town where there are plenty of shops and restaurants to venture into. The accommodations were clean, cozy and well stocked. Definitely would stay here again!

Very Nice Downtown Condo

Truly it is a very nice property, and very clean. Kelly (the property manager) was very easy to reach and deal with. I so appreciated the luggage racks in every room, a most useful item most rentals overlook. The kitchen was very well equipped. Our only issue was the pilot light was not lit on the living room fireplace making it unusable. That was disappointing as it was rather chilly. Thank you for sharing your lovely property. Pleasant and Relaxing stay

My friends and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean and well stocked townhome. The place was sparkling clean, very comfortable and in a great location. It was convenient to the grocery store, walking distance to the marina and the local coffee houses. I would definitely stay here again and hope to soon in the near future.
