On the ground floor we find:
Living area: double dining room and TVSAT with fireplace, large kitchen with fireplace equipped with every appliance, bathroom, beautiful porch of 40 square meters.
Sleeping area: corridor, double bedroom with TV, bathroom, washing machine; second twin / double bedroom with TV, dressing room, bathroom; on the north-east side, a nice room of about 25 square meters, also with independent entrance furnished with a double bed / two beds, kitchenette with foldaway kitchen, two burners and fridge, bathroom with shower and washing machine. Along the hilly direction of Montalbano that goes from Carmignano in the province of Prato to Serravalle Pistoiese.

The territory of Montalbano in Tuscany divides the area that faces south, influenced by the Tyrrhenian Sea, maintaining a Mediterranean climate, from the area that faces the Apennines to the north, with a more continental climate.

From the Agriturismo Podere Pilar, situated on the hills of Montalbano, you can enjoy a very interesting and beautiful panorama: if we look to the east we can see the Apennine ridge of Tuscany, towards Florence; to the south is the plain up to San Miniato, from Pisa; to the south-west the marsh of Fucecchio, the hills near Livorno; to the west, just 500 meters from the medieval village of Montevettolini, with a perfect design, which overlooks olive groves and where the Medici Villa stands out, one of the numerous residences of the Medici dynasty. Beyond, to the west, you can see the town of Montecarlo di Lucca, where excellent wine is produced; further away you can see the Apuan Alps, in the province of Massa and Carrara.

The house, now used for tourists' stay, was built in 1811 and presents, following a careful renovation, all the characteristics of the typical farmhouses of this part of the Tuscan territory, making the farmhouse in Tuscany Podere Pilar a fully accessible place and of rare quality.

Built on two floors, with a gross area of about 400 square meters. habitable in full privacy in all its parts thanks to the three separate and independent entrances and the three kitchens, the villa can comfortably accommodate up to a maximum of 12 people in a single group or several separate groups, from 2 to 12 people. THE ENVIRONMENT AND SERVICES OF THE FARM

On the back of the farmhouse, located in an elevated position, there is a 6x12m swimming pool, with a depth variation from 1.20 to 2.10m which can be reached by a stone staircase or through two distinct paths. The pool is equipped with a cold and hot shower, a large board surrounded by plants, flowers and a large gazebo with relaxation stations, equipped with equipment for complete enjoyment of the place from morning until sunset.
The farmhouse in Tuscany is also equipped with a room furnished for guests' fitness activities, with exercise bikes, treadmills and various gym equipment, a professional bowling green with night lighting to spend afternoons or evenings with friends and a large barbecue, great for preparing dinners by the pool or in the finely furnished porch in front of the beautiful garden of the house with lemon trees and an ornamental olive tree.
