Arranged on the mezzanine floor, it is well furnished and has large terraces overlooking the surrounding countryside and the splendid view of the city of Montepulciano. The house consists of a large living room, kitchen, 1 double bedroom, a twin bedroom and a single bedroom. There are 2 recently renovated bathrooms both with shower. Available the washing machine, TV and WI-FI. Uncovered reserved parking space in front of the house. Heating is free.
