Eccezionale Villa bifamiliare a meno di 1 Km dal Poetto

Casa molto bella, grande, ben arredata, comoda, silenziosa, pulitissima, fornita di tutto il necessario per il soggiorno. La descrizione dell'appartamento e le fotografie sono fedeli alla realtà. Check in e check out comodi e immediati. L' Host è molto cortese, immediatamente disponibile e risolutiva. Non abbiamo riscontrato alcun aspetto negativo.

Jolie maison sarde

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans la maison d'Elena. Elle dispose de toutes les commodités et se trouve à 10 minutes de la station de bus qui relie la plage de Poetto et le centre de Cagliari à la maison.

splendida Sardegna

io e mia figlia abbiamo soggiornato nella casa di Elena per le nostre vacanze 2020. La casa è molto curata, pulita e fornita di tutto quanto possa servire , la proprietaria Elena è stata molto gentile ed efficiente. Ideale per chi voglia visitare la Sardegna del Sud, data la posizione che consente di raggiungere le bellissime spiagge sia ad est che ad ovest di Cagliari . Necessaria la macchina anche per spostamenti brevi poiché la zona residenziale è attigua ad una superstrada che non è fruibile a piedi

Eine schöne Zeit auf Sardinien

Nachdem wir zunächst schockiert waren, dass eine Schnellstraße zwischen unserer Unterkunft und dem Meer den Fußweg nicht möglich machte, haben wir uns dann arrangiert. Mit dem Auto war alles prima erreichbar. Wir haben das italienische Flair sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön. An die vielen Katzen muss man sich gewöhnen. Die Müllentsorgung war sehr schwierig, weil müllbehälter sehr klein.

Nous avons passé une superbe semaine en Sardaigne , rien a dire sur la location de la maison : emplacement au top entre Cagliari et Villasimius, Belle maison très propre. Avons été très satisfaits.

Ottimo!

È la prima volta che affittiamo una casa vacanze in questa modalità, e l'esperienza si è rivelata veramente ottima e comoda. Da subito Elena si è dimostrata gentile e disponibile per qualsiasi dubbio o domanda. Ci ha aspettati fino a tarda sera in casa per accoglierci e spiegarci tutto. Casa grande, pulita e ben fornita di tutti gli strumenti dalla cucina, ai bagni, alle camere. Per noi che abbiamo visitato sia la costa est che la costa ovest (fino ad isola San Pietro) la posizione si è rivelata ottima per raggiungere tutti i posti più belli della costa sud con la possibilità di visitare Cagliari città di sera. Speriamo in futuro di poter ripetere esperienze come questa con proprietari altrettanto disponibili. Grazie!

Umgebung zum Wohlfühlen

Wir eine Familie mit 4 Kindern (3-8 Jahre) haben uns rund um wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung hat alles was man im Alltag braucht, schön groß, geräumig und sauber. Unsere Kinder haben es geliebt, vor allem weil es viele Katzen gab. Es ist ein wenig abgelegen somit sehr ruhig. Trotzdem konnte man mit den Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel alles schnell und einfach erreichen. Wir waren 3 Wochen dort und es war wunderbar. Elena und Ihre Familie waren wunderbar. Sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Wir können es nur empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

Feriendomizil in Quartu Sant^Elena - eine Oase der Erholung -

Unsere Ferienwohnung lag rueckseitig im oberen Teil einer alten Villa. Durch einen schoen angelegten Garten ging es mit separatem Eingang in die Wohnung. Wir wurden durch die Frau Elena Mannino sehr freundlich begruesst, sie hat uns ausfuehrlich alles gezeigt und erklaert was fuer den Aufenthalt wichtig ist. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die perfekte Sauberkeit, alleine dafuer 5 Sterne. Alle Zimmer sind hell, lichtdurchflutet und verfuegen, an allen Fentern und Balkontueren, ueber moderne Moskitonetzrollos. Jeder Raum hat eine eigene Klimaanlage. Die Kueche ist komplett ausgestattet, es fehlt an nichts was man zum kochen brauch, selbst fuer anspruchvolle Hoppykoeche, es ist alles vorhanden. Die Austattung der gesamten Wohnung ist modern teils stilvoll ohne das es kitschig wirkt. Das besondere in den Badezimmern, eines ist mit einem Eckwannen - Jacuzzi ausgestattet, super entspannent nach einem heissen Badetag am Meer. Auch besonders schoen, ist die grosse Terasse mit Barbecque Grill auf dem anschliessenden Balkon. Die Lage der Wohnung ist Klasse. In 10 Minuten erreicht man den kilometerlangen Strand vom Poerto. Man ist in wenigen Minuten in der Via Roma also in der anschliessenden Altstadt und natuerlich erreicht man auch in kuerze die Straende von Villasimius oder Costa Rei, Solans, Gerimeas, Campus, Mari Pintau, oder Cia und Pula um nur einige zu benennen. Wir werden sicher wiederkommen denn es ist einfach traumhaft schoen. Danke Elena fuer deine Gastfreundschaft.

casa stupenda a Quartu Sant’Elena, a pochi chilometri dalla spiaggia del poetto.

Abbiamo passato in questa casa, 2 settimane stupende, davvero bella, ingresso privato, veranda dove è possibile anche fare delle grigliate, terrazzo con vista stupenda, 2 camere da letto, due bagni, uno con doccia uno con vasca idromassaggio, cucina stupenda, soggiorno accogliente! Da non dimenticare wi-fi gratuito. Il nostro ringraziamento va anche alla proprietaria, la sig.ra Elena, sempre molto cortese è disponibile. A pochi passi dalla casa è possibile non solo godersi la stupenda spiaggia del poetto, ma anche accedere a tutti i servizi indispensabili, quali supermercati, panettieri, bar, ristoranti, edicola e via dicendo. In pochi minuti si può visitare il paese e relativi spazi, ristoranti e pizzerie. Con un po’ di spirito di iniziativa, potrete visitare tutte le più belle spiagge della costa sud della Sardegna, senza dimenticare una puntatina a Cagliari. Consigliatissimo a chiunque si voglia godere al Meglio la Sardegna, senza rinunciare alla comodità di una casa stupenda, e alla gentilezza proverbiale della gente di Sardegna, a cui la sig.ra Elena, appartiene di diritto. Bellissimo appartamento accogliente

Siamo stati benissimo e sono stati molto ben accolti da Elena. L'appartamento è molto carino, moderno, ben arredato e ben attrezzato. E 'ben posizionato e si trova in una posizione tranquilla. Se dovessimo tornare a Cagliari, ci trasferiremo nello stesso posto.

great spacious villa with all amenities

we were 5 people 3 adults and 2 kids we had more than enough room. Villa located in quite neighborhood close to beach although walk is along the road so better drive or take a bus. Nearest restorations or shops few minutes drive. Cagliary 15-20 min. Villa very well equipped we used bbq for couple of nights and cooked at the villa most days then dine on the terrace. Would stay again. thank you Elena for wonderful stay.

Ein gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Ambiente

Ein sehr schönes und gepflegtes Haus, indem nichts fehlte. Die Gastgeberin war ausgesprochen freundlich und Gastfreundlich! Das Haus hat vor allen Fenstern und Türen Fliegengitter, so das keine Insekten eindringen können. Von fast allen Räumen ist die Terrasse zu erreichen. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Räume sind liebevoll gestaltet. Der Platz ist ausreichend für 6 Personen. Klasse👍
