Air-conditioned, modern apartment on the ground floor with a sunny terrace in the villa with 11 apartments. It is located in a privileged area, close to the tennis courts, where the renowned tennis tournament ATP Umag has been held for years. The beach and the various seaside resorts are within easy walking distance in a few minutes. Great location, quiet and close to every kind of entertainment. Available bicycles, swimming pool, outdoor hot tub, Wi Fi, shared barbecue, parking.
From 01. 07. to 01. 09. bookable only from Saturday to Saturday weekly stays (one or more weeks).

* On arrival you have to pay in cash the registration € 7 per person only on the first day.
*The additional tourist tax is €1.60 per person per night and must be paid in cash to the owner upon arrival
* Final cleaning fee €50 payable on arrival to the owner in cash.
* Deposit is paid on site € 200, and returned at the end of the stay if everything is in order.
* Guests are asked to use the appliances with care.
* Any damage caused will be charged on the spot.

Umag

Die Anlage ist sehr schön, wir hatten die Wohnung im Erdgeschoss und das war sehr gut. Leider war unser Schlafzimmer nicht so gut, das Zimmer roch modrig und die Matratzen gingen nach innen. Die waren schon sehr verbraucht. Ansonsten war die Wohnung in einen sauberen Zustand. Zur Lage kann ich nur sagen war sehr gut, zum Strand konntest du laufen ungefähr 10 min zu Fuß. Zur Promenade ist man 15 bis 20 min gelaufen.

Unterkunft absolut zu empfehlen

Tolle einführung bei der Schlüsselübergabe. Wir wurden im Erdgeschoss untergebracht, mit toller Terrasse. An der Ausstattung hatte nichts gefehlt. Lediglich der Fußboden war sehr staubig, Socken, Koffer und alles andere war in kürzester Zeit verschmutz. Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage. Tolle liegen, Pool und Whirlpool. Hatten jetzt keinen Kontakt mit dem Besitzer, scheint aber ein geselliger Mensch zu sein der fast rund um die Uhr anzutreffen ist. Seine Frau hat sich nach dem Wohlbefinden erkundigt und auch kleinigkeiten wie neues Geschirrtuch, Toilettenpaper usw. gereicht. Größtes Manko an unserem Aufenthalt waren die anderen Gäste. Selten sowas asoziales erlebt und durch das wirklich sehr hellhörige Gebäude alles genauestens mitbekommen. Die Abreise ist uns dadurch nicht schwer gefallen.
