This apartment is superbly located in the Malasaña neighborhood, in the heart of the city next to Gran Vía and Plaza de España and a 10-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. It is a safe neighborhood and the street is quiet. You can access the main tourist spots on foot and in one of the main shopping and nightlife areas (theaters, musicals, bars, restaurants ...).

Why they chose this property
It is and old building (more than 120 years) it was my first home alone, then I lived with my couple and after my first children was born. This house is full of nice reminders to me. I would like you feel as good as I did it.
What makes this property unique
You are in the center of Madrid, it is a safe neigborhood and you can walk day and night. You can visit turist places, doing shopping in in very nice and different shops, walk and go to "bares" and coffees, restaurants and theatres.
If you don like walk, right down the house you have the tube or the bus and urban bikes ; - )
