It has two bedrooms made up of a double and a bunk room, there is also a family bathroom, the property can sleep four people. Also inside there is a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an open fire. To the outside there is off road parking and a rear garden with a lawn and a patio with a table and chairs. 2 Argoed is a quirky cottage in a wonderful seaside location. One small dog welcome, extra charge £20.
Amenities: Property recently refurbished (New images due in June 2021). Newly installed central heating. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, Smart TV, WIFI, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Shared off-road parking. Lawn and courtyard with outdoor furniture and parasol. One small dog welcome, extra charge £20. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 3 mins walk. Note: Care to be taken as there are 8 steps up to property which now have security lighting. Note: Steep stairs within property, may be unsuitable for those with limited mobility.
