This modern furnished holiday home near the beach is located in Rostock-Diedrichshagen, between Ostseebad Warnemünde (3 km) and Hanseatic city of Rostock (15 km) and seaside resort Heiligendamm (18 km). To the natural beach is only 250 m through the coastal forest (on the cliffs). The beautiful cottage is part of a terraced house, has a separate entrance and is equipped with 1 cozy living area, 1 open plan kitchen, 1 beautiful bedroom and 1 Bathroom with shower and toilet. A cozy terrace invites you to relax and linger. Here you can let the soul dangle and forget the worries of everyday life quickly! The property is completed and fenced. For Warnemünde (fine sandy) beach with textile beach, family beach, blue flag, nudist beach, dog beach is about 950 m (bike and hiking trail through the coastal forest available). On the beach you can take beautiful beach walks, lying in the sun, swimming or playing. The Baltic Sea Cycle Route 150 m away invites you to wonderful cycling tours through the beautiful surroundings. Visit the historic Hanseatic city of Rostock, it's worth it!

An sich ok, aber man könnte mehr draus machen.

- Grundsauberkeit ist vorhanden und ok, wenn man nicht in die Ecken der Schränke oder genau auf die Flächen der Küche usw. schaut - Ausstattung der Küchenutensilien könnte besser sein, teilweise kaputt oder doch schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen (Töpfe, Pfannen etc.) - funktional, aber lieblos eingerichtet (z.B. begrüßte uns eine vertrocknete Blume auf dem Esstisch) - Putzutensilien vorhanden, Staubsauger wäre wünschenswert (Ostsee -> Sand???!) -kein Steckdosenschutz für Kleinkinder vorhanden - Kaputter Mülleimer/ Toilettenbürste, Unrat der noch im Bad stand (kaputter Eimer und Besenstil ohne Besen.. warum?!?!) - Fliegengitter an allen Fenstern (sehr gut!) - sehr weit abseits zu Diedrichshagen gelegen (kann man jetzt positiv sehen wenn man Ruhe möchte oder halt negativ wenn man was fußläufig unternehmen möchte wie z.B. Warnemünde - ausgeschriebenes Kinderbett bzw. Hochstuhl nicht vorhanden, - Preis-Leistung stimmt unseres Erachtens hier nicht so ganz

In der Ortbeschreibung stand es nicht, dass es so weit außerhalb der Ortschaft ist. Ist sehr lieblos eingerichtet, im Bad fehlt es sogar an Handtuchhalter/Hacken
