Great location

Minutes from Snowbasin!! Had a great time skiing and snowmobiling over a long weekend. Had a great dinner at Carlos and Harley’s in Eden. Highly recommended this property.

Great location, spacious, comfy condo!

This is the 2nd time we've stayed in Lakeside Village, and we love the proximity to Snow Basin. This condo was spacious for the two of us, was well equipped and we enjoyed the private hot tub on the deck. The hosts couldn't have been nicer and quickly responded to the questions that we had. We'd highly recommend this condo and would stay here again!

This property is extremely well maintained and had everything we could possibly need. The location was perfect for hiking and visiting Snowbasin. All of our communication with the owner was respectful and useful, we didn't have any problems with our stay!

Lakeside Village @ Pineview Reservoir

Perfect for a getaway to the sites around SLC and Ogden area. Loved exploring the Ogden Canyon and boating the reservoir. Great comfortable location.

Close to snow basin!

The property was great. Check in was easy. The location can’t be best for skiing snow basin and also a fast drive to get dinner in Eden. The hot tub was great. I was disappointed the facility hot tub was out of service abs I wish the listing had that information. Besides that everything was great.

Comfortable and Relaxing Unit in a Great Location

We really enjoyed our stay at Derek and Linda's place. Check in was flawless, the unit is well appointed and very comfortable. We appreciated the well-equipped kitchen, the fireplace, the spa tub and the hot tub. Communications were prompt, thorough, and very clear. The covered parking was a bonus. It was an easy drive to both Snow Basin and Powder Mountain.

Great location and layout

We enjoyed staying at Dereck’s and Linda’s condo. The layout was great with open kitchen and living room and very private but huge master bedroom on a separate level. We enjoyed the fireplace after skiing. The drive to snowbasin is less than 15 min. Kids had fun playing outside the condo which was very safe ( it’s a gated community). Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Great holiday memories made

Very clean condo with great views. Spent Thanksgiving here, had everything I needed to cook meals. Property has board games, movies, great places to take walks in the trees. We watched meteors and stars at night in the hottub and during the day tried to identify all the birds. Thanks for the family times and memories!

Great locations, awesome hosts

There were a couple of issues with check in (with on-site management not the hosts) but the hosts were great and quickly got everything fixed. Everything else with the stay was wonderful. This is a great location with direct access to the beach. This is the only condo community to have that private beach access. The property/condo is well managed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!

Great spot for a weekend

We had a weekend family gathering in Huntsville and needed a place with a central location. This was perfect with great access to the services we needed, Ogden, pineview, etc. The condo was beautiful, clean, modern, and comfortable. The bedding was nice and we had everything we needed. Awesome Rental

Derek is an amazing host. He was quick to reply and truly cared that our family had everything we needed. The condo was exactly as described in the listing. The hosts have all the amenities anyone could ask for. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was fully stocked, the hot tub was pristine and the views and proximity to the lake are amazing. I would happily take my family there for another stay.

This property was great!! The owners were very great at communicating, and the condo was very well stocked. We brought kitchen utensils we thought we would need based on previous rentals, but the kitchen had everything we needed to use.

First time skiing at Snowbasin

Our trip started at Sun Valley and ended with two days at Derek and Linda’s place. We wish we could have stayed longer. Their place is fabulous. Ideal for families or friends trips. Communication with the owners was seamless leading up to and through our stay. Only about 15 minute drive from Snowbasin. Snowbasin is a great place to ski. Great trails/terrain for all skill levels and way less busy than the Park City resorts. We would highly recommend this place if you are planning a visit to Snowbasin and we hope to get back in the future!

Hello and Welcome! We are Derek and Linda Rydholm, the grateful owners of Apres-ski Villa. Derek grew up in a military family and learned to ski at Snow Basin in 1970. Watching the small resort become the home of the 2002 Olympic downhill course and a world class resort, we fell in love! In 2013 we bought this condo to call our second home in the beautiful Wasatch Mountains. We currently live in Washington D.C. and plan to move back to own primary home in Key Largo, Florida in the summer of 2018. We can't wait spend more time enjoying this gorgeous condo and everything that the area has to offer.

Why they chose this property

Location, location, location. These are the nicest condos in the area and offer access to a wide variety of incredible year round fun. Our family, to include daughter Meagan, son-in-law Ridge, grandson Aidan and son Alex, love skiing/snowboarding, watersports and hiking. We named our place Apres-ski Villa ( social activity after skiing ) because we love to come home at the end of a great ski day and enjoy a warm fire, a glass of wine and a hearty meal with family and friends. Soaking in the private hot tub will massage your sore muscles. We have board games, puzzles and cards to make your stay a true get away. We have a no smoking and no pet policy.
