Majestic Towers in Panama City Beach offers you every amenity and comfort for the ideal beach vacation. Our beautifully furnished 2-bedroom, 2-bath condominium, located in Tower 1 on the 9th floor, opens to a private balcony where views of sugar-white sands and emerald waters wash away your stress. Our full kitchen with modern appliances includes a kitchen island with bar stools. The spacious living room opens to the balcony with spectacular beach views. The master bedroom, with a king-size bed and an attached bath, serves you to rest and relax. The second bedroom includes a queen-size bed also with attached bathroom, and the living room offers a pull-out, queen size sofa bed. Both bedrooms and the living room have TVs. On site amenities include a health club, five pools, a movie theater, and a market that features Starbucks Coffee and fresh deli items. Other shopping, restaurants, and entertainment are all close by. The building comes with the gorgeous view of the town also at the North side.

We loved our unit, the view, all the amenities & Marc was great to work with. The only draw back to this condo is the parking being across the street, but there is a pedway to the parking garage so that really helps. I would definitely stay here again!

Nice views, clean and simple resort experience

I am from Panama City so we were just visiting mom for Mother's Day. Everything was lovely >> the views, time on the beach and eating delicious, fresh seafood. We didnt do much but there is plenty to do if you're adventurous. I love PC so my review is biased lol. The condo was perfect and host is the most accommodating.

Nice place for a beach vacation

Communication from property manager was excellent. Made sure check in and parking process was easy. Great view of the beach from the unit. The resort overall was perfect for our family with easy access to the beach and plenty of indoor or outdoor pools to choose from. The condo is a little dated and can use some maintenance, but doesn't detract from a beach stay as we were there to be outside. Only thing that I would say is a must to be done is the blinds need to be fixed or replaced in the living room. If people will be sleeping in that room the light shines in very early in the morning. Would stay there again if we return to PCB.

Winter getaway

The condo itself has awesome view of the beach and ocean per a very nice balcony. it was quiet, even when the spring breakers were there. The downside to this condo was several disappointments. The floors were very dirty, swept, but dirty. The dishwasher is very outdated and doesn't wor. There was only 1 dishtowel, no dishcloths in the kitchen. No hotpads if you used the oven. No measuring cups or spoons and the selection of utensils was poor. In the master bath you could ONLY take a bath because the lever on the faucet to turn the shower on was so corroded that it wouldn't move if you wanted it to, and we tried. In the second bathroom, again, the lever on the faucet was so corroded in the up position, you could only take a shower and unable to use the jet tub. The mattress in the master bedroom was HORRIBLE! It had to be one that was used at home and then put on this bed. Second bedroom mattress was much better. Also there were no instructions left for the key card for the gym or how to make the entrance door lock. The furniture in the living room was stained, smelly and dirty. I have rented condos with family and friends for 24 years and this was one of the worst.

Great clean spot right on the beach!

This place is perfect if you are looking for a good price to stay right on the beach. Parking was super easy, our property manager was responsive and helpful, and going to the beach is as easy as taking a ride on an elevator and walking a outside! Although it's not a very modern condo, it was in great condition and very clean. I thoroughly enjoyed staying there and I would recommend this to anyone wanting to save on their trip to Panama City!

Great until great resort and great location

Booked this unit because we are sick of the headaches every time we stay at shores of Panama. The unit was wonderful and well stocked. Only thing we needed that we didn’t find was a pizza cutter. We loved the resort. Easy parking garage elevators we buys at time but still very fast. Main outdoor pool is very shaded so stays cool. The big indoor pool was closed for our trip which made the other one crowded.

Not worth the money

We enjoyed the location and amenities, the condo, however, was not so great. The beds are awful, like I woke up in pain everyday. Matteresses are hard and you can feel every spring. The jetted tub is nice if you can stand the constant dripping, super fun when you’re trying to go to sleep. The TV stopped working, the dishwasher is broken, the garbage disposal is broken, the living room furniture is worn out with no support. Should have been thrown out years ago. The balcony has wooden Adirondack chairs which aren’t a good choice for a balcony. You’re sitting on the ground basically so it ruins the view and they are super uncomfortable if you’re over 35. Also note the parking garage is across the street so it’s quite the hike to your condo. The balcony is inset so if you’re coming for those gulf front breezes you won’t be getting any, no air moving at all and full sun all day. We didn’t mind the things like the garage and balcony, we could live with that. But everything being broken and worn out and uncomfortable we definitely over paid for this unit, don’t make the same mistake.

I have stayed at the Majestic numerous times. I love the section of PCB this condo is located in. It's on the more quiet side of PCB, IMO. I will definitely rent this condo the same time next year. It's a little outdated as far as looks, but honestly, how much time do you really spend in a condo? Thank you for being with Vrbo. See you next year.

Enjoyed stay overall but make sure you leave the blue wrist bands

The owner of the condo fails to mention that you must leave the blue wrist bands that you are required to wear on the property. There was no sign, no notification at all, nothing. Then all of a sudden after being gone from the property for a week my card is charged $80 because we didn’t return the 4 blue wrist bands. Now remind you these are cheap like $0.50 rubber wrist bands that the con artist of a condo owner charges $80 for 4 of them. I attempted to call and email him several times but didn’t get an answer. The stay overall was nice but spending $80 for 4 rubber wrist bands ruined it for me.

Beach vacation 2023

This is a good condo and we had a wonderful vacation! The beds are not comfortable but we put a blanket under the mattress and it helped out a lot. Living room furniture could be updated. The pools and hot tub are great and the ocean view was beautiful! We would stay there again.

Awesome Getaway

Beach vacation

This is a great place for a beach vacation. We enjoyed sunrise and sunset from our balcony that overlooked the gulf. The beach gets a bit crowded but that makes for good people watching. We were able to walk to several restaurants. The check-in instructions were a bit confusing until we did it; all the staff were friendly and helpful to guide us to through the process. It is a bit of a walk from the parking garage/amenities building to the condo.

Pretty nice unit at great resort

Prior to stay, owner not always responsive; however, once we were there, he was quick to reply and extremely thoughtful. Except for floors and some utensils, mostly clean. Decent decor. No real "extras" (i.e., games, cards, Keurig, premium channels, etc.) that would be expected at the price, but definitely had the basics. Resort very nice and great location. Would recommend with those provisos since owner so nice.

Great Beachfront Location & View

Our stay inside this Majestic Resort condo was Amazing!! The Property Manager, Mark, was very professional and courteous, and he made this entire process very easy from start to finish. This unit was very clean, and we loved how the location was in walking distance from some of the restaurants and a short drive over to Pier Park. We will definitely be staying here again on our next beach vacation.
