The master bedroom features a comfortable box spring bed, a built-in wardrobe, and an en-suite marble bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet, and heated towel rail. The second bedroom also has a box spring bed and a spacious wardrobe. The second bathroom includes a walk-in shower, toilet, and towel heating. Adjacent is a utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
The third bedroom, with a private entrance, offers extra privacy and includes two single beds, a sofa bed (ideal for two children), and a sink.
The villa is equipped with air conditioning (hot/cold) in all rooms, central gas heating, and a cozy wood-burning fireplace for chilly winter evenings.
Outside, you'll find a spacious, sheltered Spanish garden with palm trees and several terraces, both sunny and shaded.
