The villa has 4 bedrooms: three double rooms and one that accommodates 4 people. It has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub. The fully equipped kitchen offers stunning views, making it an ideal space to enjoy cooking. Additionally, the spacious living-dining room with a fireplace provides a cozy atmosphere.

Outside, there is an independent summer kitchen equipped with a griddle, stove, fridge, and all the necessary amenities to prepare and enjoy wonderful outdoor dinners.

For entertainment, the villa features a recreational area with basketball hoops, a beach volleyball court with sand, and a futsal goal, all on a dirt surface.

The exterior includes a beautiful garden area with fruit trees and olive groves, sun loungers, parasols, and a spectacular Balinese bed for four people. It also offers covered parking for several cars and a charming Andalusian-style patio at the rear.

Note: The heated pool maintains a temperature between 28ºC and 30ºC and is available from October to April, included in the accommodation price.
