Situated in Barcelona's Gothic district, the apartment Art 3 is situated in a nineteenth-century building.

There is space to accommodate up to 5 guests. Having three bedrooms, two of which have double beds and one with a single bed.

The living area features a dining table and a cozy sofa that opens to a balcony, along with a well-equipped kitchen. NOTE: It is totally forbidden to host parties in the unit. Kindly remember to keep the noise level appropriate. Air conditioning in the livingroom.

City tax:
6,88 € per night and person will be added to the total price.
- The city tax will apply to a maximum of 7 nights.
- The city tax does not apply to those under 17 years.
- The city tax does not apply to stays longer than 31 nights.
Pets - not allowed
Arrival between 21:00 and 23:00 is subject to 30 late arrival fee.
Arrival between 23:00 and 02:00 is subject to 40 late arrival fee.
