This Santa Rosa Sound front cottage offers you the opportunity to enjoy an easy carefree beach vacation experience. Bring the kids, bring Fido and come have that relaxing, carefree beach vacation you need and deserve. This three-bedroom, two-bath cottage accommodates nine guests comfortably. One bedroom has a King bed, one bedroom has 2 Queen beds and the third bedroom has a custom built-in twin over Queen Bunk Bed. Both bathrooms are full baths with tile showers.

The home is located right on Santa Rosa Sound with stairs for water access. Enjoy the covered patio and colorful sunsets from this beach cottage. Dining, shopping and nightlife are just a few blocks away.

Perfect Location on the Bay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family and I loved staying at this bayside house and we were greeted by dolphins. The location on the bay and the tidal beach were perfect for our dog. It is only a short walk to the Gulf beach access as well. The house itself has been thoughtfully remodeled and very comfortable. The beds were really good and the kitchen well appointed. We appreciated the care that the owners put into the house and the generous offerings. We had paddle boards and a kayak delivered and were able to see all the rays swimming around.

What an amazing place! Thank you so much, the house and outdoor space was absolute heaven! So clean and everything was exactly as it was listed. We will be returning and looking forward to spending more days next time. My son is 11 and was so sad to leave. ❤️

Great place especially w/ young children

The inside was perfect. Clean & spacious. Love the remodeling that was done inside. Outside, typical beach house. We enjoyed the beach area we had on the bay. Perfect area for the kids to play in the sand. Would rent again!

Perfect spot!

We loved this little house. It was plenty of room for our family of 5. Walking distance to the beach and boardwalk which our teenagers loved. Very safe neighborhood and we loved our little sound-side beach. Highly recommend this place for families.

The Happy House

The bayside water is incredible, and the dogs had the best time ever! When you are sitting in the den it literally looks like you are over the water. The place was very clean, and even better than the pictures. It is close to all the restaurants and shops, which are great, and we all enjoyed lots a terrific seafood. Had a great outside grill where we did steaks from The Butcher Shoppe that were wonderful. It was a relax fest for the whole family. I have recommended Paradise Beach Homes to everyone! We had one issue and it was fixed quickly and the guys were so nice. It was all easy to find and reserve for our vacation. Thanks

Perfect house for true beach fun

We live 20 mins away and were on a stay-cation because there is no other beach I'd rather stay at. The house was perfectly perfect!! Close walk to everything!! Great layout. I loved the the windows in tbe living room! It was just a wonderful week!!

Pensacola Beach

Very cute beach house. Everything was updated and nicely decorated. The gas grill could be replaced because of rust on the bottom. Need to update arial picture on website. The current picture shows no house on either side but one was built next to it. Would also suggest clearing out overgrown weeds in yard better so dogs don't pick up those small prickly burrs on their paws.

Great Vacation Location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a really good time at this sweet little house. Everything was good except house could have been stocked better in the kitchen department as their was NO BLENDER provided which was odd as all rentals usually have them. Beautifully decorated and comfortable with an awesome view. Was a little disappointed that the beach area was so small and neighbors from two doors down used our sound water front the last two days so we couldn’t.Another thing I think it’s important to remember and may be the owner of the home needs to know, the concrete around the patio area is cracking really bad and you really have to watch your step or you could trip and fall. Also the stairs going up to the water are on a slant which means you have to be super careful going up so you don’t fall. Over all we had a nice time.

Very nice little house!

Very cozy little spot. Not as secluded as we expected as there is a house within 25 feet on three different sides of the house. A nice place for a home base. Close by everything on the island.

Great Location & remodel

House is in a great location & we had great weather during our stay. The listing states there are no hair dryers but there were 2 at the house. There is a snake in the grass next to driveway, he visited the 1st day. For the price of cleaning, they could definitely do a better job (flys/bugs behind couch, cob webs on lamps in living room most specifically) but overall we had a great time & love that we could bring our pet. I'd contact Paradise Beach Homes directly for better pricing vs. paying VRBO add-ons.

The bedrooms are perfect. It had exactly what we needed. WE loved it and would book again.We bought our dog and he loved running along the private beach. It is perfectly situated to watch sunsets and sunrises. If I had one complaint it would be that I wish it had more greenery and grass or rocks around the property. But the beach is perfect and clean. A great stay and I would book again.
