The accommodation is located in a well connected area and by the sea, 50 meters from the sandy beach "Levant". In addition, it has an elevator, garden furniture, 20 m² terrace, iron, internet access (Wi-Fi), heat pump heating, air conditioning throughout the accommodation, community pool and open-air parking in the same building. The independent gas kitchen is equipped with a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, kitchen utensils, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and juicer.

The accommodation is offered exclusively to families and couples who want to enjoy the beach, the local gastronomy and shopping in the main stores. Groups of young people are not accepted.
