Deluxe 3 Bedroom In The Village With Exceptional Views Of Whistler And Blackcomb

In the heart of Whistler Village, this 3 bedroom lofted condo offers amazing mountain views of both Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains. Located on the top floor of the Tyndall Stone Lodge, next to the Olympic Plaza Park, this unit is just steps away from all the Whistler Village attractions, restaurants and shops. The main floor has an open concept living, dining and kitchen area with expansive windows on all three sides of the unit. Centred around a gas fireplace with 2 bedrooms off either side of the main living space. The first bedroom with queen bed and private ensuite bathroom, and the second bedroom with two twins (can be converted to a king upon advanced notice) and access to the shared full bathroom. The third lofted bedroom is up a small windy staircase with a queen bed and overlooks the the living and dining space below. A curtain offers privacy to the loft. A fully equipped kitchen, ensuite washer/dryer and spacious entranceway makes this the perfect Whistler getaway. A common small outdoor pool and hot tub in the attached second building are available for guests.

LOCATION
This property is located in the heart of Whistler Village. Situated above the village stroll, you have direct access to coffee shops, restaurants, shopping and nightlife. This unit offers a quick 5-minute walk to the base of the mountain. There is one complimentary designated parking stall assigned to the unit. Please note that visitor parking is very limited for the building and is first come first serve. Overnight paid parking is available under the public library less than a block from the Tyndall Stone Lodge.

AGE REQUIREMENTS
Guests must be 30 years of age and must provide a photo ID upon check-in unless prior approval has been granted. Families and children are welcome; parents and or guardians must accompany children. Whistler Ideal Accommodations retains the right to refuse access to any property if this condition has not been met, with no refund provided.

Absolutely no subletting of the property or individual rooms of the property for a period or the duration of your stay.

Great stay

Whistler has always been a bucketlist item of ours, and we finally had the opportunity to experience it. Our apartment was a comfortable walking distance from all the shops and restaurants, and the view over the mountains was a great bonus. We will definitely come back again.

Wonderful home and good location. The loft bed is best for children and can be hot with the fireplace on. Would recommend this place to a friend.

Great location!

This was our second time staying in this location, a different unit but we love the location. This unit was great. Has everything you need for a short stay. We appreciate being able to walk everywhere, utilize the pool and hot tub, and have a kitchen for meals. We had kids stay up in the loft which they loved, but was harder with only a curtain. However we did know that ahead of time and were fine with it. Having the two patios was so great to utilize and open for a great breeze when it was so hot. Really enjoyed this place and our stay!

Amazing Location

This unit has an amazing view of the mountain and an outstanding deck for the entire family to enjoy. The inside of the unit is fresh and clean with lots of space for everyone to enjoy.

We very much enjoyed our stay at the condo. The beds were comfortable. It is in a great location right on the quieter end of the Village Stroll, close to a grocery store, and close to pathways for hiking/walking.

Clean, well furnished and wonderfully located.

We had a wonderful time staying in this 3 bedroom condo. Everything we had hoped for was provided from extra blankets, washer and dryer, and more. Very clean and lovely furnishings. The location was terrific as well. We were a short 3 minute walk from the grocery store and a 10 minute stroll to the Whistler lift. One thing that we could not understand was the smell of trash near the entrance. Once you got past that things were great.

Location but Lacking

Hello, We stay in Whistler each July as a family. The positive is this unit has an excellent location. We normally stay a bit further out (Upper Blackcomb village or Montebello area). #1 complaint is lack of A/C, and Summer in Whistler is now 28-38 degrees in july. Now it is our fault for not reading the ad closely enough but none the less for this price tag I expected it. The VRBO fees are high and I have not seen cleaning fees this high as well. They are 2x what we have seen on some other sites. Furniture is very low budget, Ikea or less. Kitchen is nice and well equipped. Unit has two decks, very nice though they need to pull out the weeds on the large one as its overgrown. The cleaners showed up right at 9:55 for a 10am checkout, they were impatiently standing outside the room while we tried to pack up and exit. 10am is a bit early, and because it doesn't have a front desk there is nobody to communicate with. My final complaint is communication, I called the Number for the property management company 4x and got Voice mail every time, despite them saying they are open when I was calling. I had some simple questions as a few things were not clear to us about check in and check out etc. They never returned my Voice mail. We will take some blame I suppose, we will book directly next time with a host that we can chat with. To be fair to the owners, will remind everyone location is excellent, unit is clean and it was quiet.

Beautiful Condo on the Edge of Town

We just finished a wonderful 4 night stay at Tyndall Stone (for those reading, Tyndall Stone is in Whistler Village, ignore what Google says about it being at Creekside). The unit was beautiful, clean, and well stocked. We had 5 of us sleeping in the 3 bedrooms + pull-out (the pull-out was quite comfortable for a pull-out). Good kitchen supply and a grill out on one of the 2 balconies. The beds were clean and comfortable. Master bedroom has a bathtub while the 2nd bathroom has a beautiful shower. The 2 balconies have a decent (not great) view of some of the stores and a bit of the mountain. There's only 1 parking spot, so if you have multiple cars, you'll either need to snag one of the 3 First-Come-First-Served Visitors spots, or pay for public overnight parking nearby. Getting into the building is a little tricky and requires you to keep one of the two sets of keys on you at all times. Getting from the garage, to the unit, without walking across the building and back, requires you to go outside and then back in. Finding the garbage cans outside was a little difficult (note: you'll need a code to open the door!). The hot-tub and pool are at the opposite end of the building. You'll have to go down a flight of stairs, walk across the building, across an outdoor bridge (cold!) and then through another hallway, and then down to the outdoor pool. It's a bit of a hike and they were renovating the hallway, so things looked .. under construction. Hot-tub and pool were nice though. There aren't any towels out there - bring your own from the room. Tyndall Stone isn't far from the lifts, but with your boots and ski's, it seems very far. It's next to the North Face, near the Patagonia, and a 1-minute walk from the IGA. It took us 5 minutes without ski's to walk to the slopes, but with ski's it was much slower, more towards 10-15 minutes. Luckily we were able to leave ski's at a locker by the lifts or it would have been a much bigger pain. In the building there's a ski locker in the garage, but that's not convenient (you still have to bring them down and back up every day). Not a big deal, but just something to keep in mind. Overall we loved our experience here and though I'd love to find a unit closer to the lifts, I'd stay here again.

Beautiful condo, comfortably slept 8

We stayed at this condo for Super Bowl weekend. The condo comfortably sleeps 8, with two bedrooms, a loft, and a fold out couch. It's an easy walk from the property to the lifts (~7 minutes) and is right in the thick of whistler village. Not to mention right above Pure Bread, which has amazing pastries. Boards and skis aren't allowed in the room, but they provide a secure room in the garage (key code protected) to store your gear over night. I recommend bringing a lock (but I'm paranoid). Very clean, very comfy, would stay again.

Had a great stay during a conference in Whistler. Spacious suite with comfortable beds, modern kitchen and bathrooms. Having stayed in the building before in other suites we were surprised there was no welcome basket upon arrival, however the cleanliness and upkeep made up for that. We would stay again!

Amazing vacation!

Great condo. Very well equipped kitchen, we hosted a Thanksgiving dinner for 9 with enough dishes, pots, and pans to make it happen! The location is perfect, was right near the Olympic circles. Great people watching from the large deck! Christmas lights were on and quite stunning! No snow in the village this trip, but beautiful regardless!! Hot tub and pool were a bit of a bust...very small and cloudy, so did not use. Our boys loved the loft, and the beds in this place are extremely comfortable!!! Can't wait for our next trip!!!! Thank you

Excellent stay - Perfect for a family get together

The condo was just as the listing said. We were a family of 9 (included 2 small children) and this place accomadated us very well. It was clean and well kept. We had thought the kettle was leaking so contacted the front desk who in turn contacted the owner who called me right away and had brought a new one to our door. Turns out the guys were overfilling the original one so it was our mistake but really appreciated the promptness of the owner. The only thing that would be nice in the kitchen would be a cookie sheet. Other than that there was ample kitchen equipment. Oh, maybe a tea pot :) One other thing that the owner doesn't have control of but some of the family went to use the pool and it was very murky and dirty so they didn't go in. Also the jets did not work in the hot tub. This was very disappointing as one of the reasons for selecting this condo was the pool & hot tub. We do hope to return for a visit and would very much like to stay in this condo again. We had a great family weekend.

Great location and unit

Ideal location at the end of the pedestrian walk but facing the quiet Main Street making driving and walking access easy. Unit layout is excellent with 2 bedrooms,with their own bathrooms, on either side of the open family / dining room and beautiful kitchen plus a queen bed in the loft and sofa sleeper if needed. Very functional entry / mud room with lots of space, shelves / cubbies and bench to get out of wet or dirty clothes and hang / store outdoor clothes and gear. Only downside,but also a plus, is the hot tub at the other end of the building. Will definitely come back again.
