With a useful area of about 53 m2 more or less and a terrace of about 16 m2 with overlooking the sea, we have a capacity of about 5 or 6 people. It is completely renovated, has a washing machine, air conditioning, dishwasher, coffee maker ... The property has a 140cm x 190cm bed, a 160cm x 190cm bed and a 90cm x 190cm bed. The pillows are rectangular and measure 40 cm x 70 cm.It is located 500 m from the supermarket, 20 m from the sandy beach, 16 km from the 'Peralada' golf course, 20 km from the train station 'ave (TGV) Figueres', 65 km from 'Girona' airport and is located in a lively area where you will not need a car and can be left in an underground parking lot.
