Nice industrial air loft, recently renovated, located on the first
plant WITHOUT ELEVATOR, in one of the main avenues of Arrecife.
It consists of a bedroom with a large bed for two people, a living room with
sofa bed for two people, TV with international channels, wifi, 2
bicycles (with which you can walk along the pedestrian avenue that
connects with the towns of Playa Honda and Pto del Carmen and enjoy
the numerous beaches and restaurants), cooks with all the
household appliances necessary to make your stay as comfortable
possible, bathroom with shower, washing machine, dryer, 75L electric heater. All
The Loft rooms have magnificent views towards the
avenue. Within 100 meters you can find the following
services: Bus Stop, Pharmacy, Banks, Restaurants, Cafeterias,
Health Center, Local Haburgueseria, Supermarkets, Bookstore,
Gym, at 1000 meters you will find the Playa del Reducto and avenue
pedestrian that connects Arrecife - Playa Honda - Pto del Carmen.
