Welcome to our updated and tastefully decorated lakefront condominium at Compass Pointe! Visitors to our two-bedroom, two-bath unit enjoy a terrific view and easy access to the lake, a fully equipped kitchen (utensils and appliances), a washer and dryer for extended stays, and a cozy living room fireplace for cooler evenings. For the boating enthusiast among you, we are located between Mile Markers 18 and 19.

Your vacation condo sleeps four guests comfortably in the two bedrooms, and another two guests in the queen-size sofa bed. The master bedroom has a comfortable queen-size bed and private full bath (shower only). The second bedroom also has a queen-size bed, and connects to the hall bathroom which has a double bowl vanity and separate bath (tub with shower). Linens and towels are provided for your use.

Compass Pointe Condominiums is centrally located in Osage Beach, within walking distance of the outlet mall, and close to many other amenities like golf, shopping, and dining, from casual to fine. There are many water-oriented activities available as well, from boating and fishing to parasailing and jet skiing.

Special Note: Must be at least 25 years old for rental.

Beautiful view Condo

Condo was nice. We loved the view and it was quiet. The "VRBO dot" on the map is not where it is actually located, but it is in the same general area. I have seen that problem before with VRBO maps. The owner/manager was very good about communicating with me to ensure that the address they gave me agreed with google maps. The only problem we had was with spiders outside on the deck. They came out around dusk and we went inside!

Weekend Trip

Rental and check in went very smoothly, property was clean and as described. The location was close to several popular bars and restaurants around the lake. Overall I had no complaints about the rental, it was perfect for our size group (4-5 people).

Nice Condo

When taking a shower the bathtub filled up with water and then took a very, very long time to drain. This item needs to be fixed. Also, we could not get the TV to work in the living room and there were no instructions. I sent a message to the owners asking them about it, but NEVER heard back from them so we were unable to watch the TV.

The condo was lovely. Especially nice was the deck, with its very nice water view, comfortable table and chairs, and a breeze you couldn't beat! We had small glitches in our understanding of the directions once we arrived and the host was very gracious in helping out. This spot is a winner.

Wonderful comfortable condo

This spot was perfect for our family! Very clean, organized and had all the amenities we needed. Comfortable and loved that there were 2 full baths! Conveniently located in the middle of osage beach so had grocery, shopping and restaurants! Pool was great and the views couldn’t be beat! Loved our time there

Amazing view, clean

This condo is the perfect lake side stay! It has all the accommodations one would need. The pool is clean and decent size, a short walking distance away. Con: not a deal breaker but outdoor patio chairs are wobbly, we just didn't use it as much as we would have liked. Con: Mattresses are very worn with divits in them so does not make for a good night sleep. Con: check in time is later, would have liked an earlier check in, but maybe possible to arranged. Overall, we loved this place and would like to go back with the 2 modifications needed. Everything else in great condition and an enjoyable stay. Would recommend

Home away from home!

This is our 2nd time staying there and hopefully will many more! Location is Great! Deck overlooks the lake and is soo peaceful!! Place is clean and homey!!!!

Great View

The overall property layout is nice and the view is great, the only things we found was the it wasn't as clean as other places we have stayed at, hair on the bathroom floors and on the bed sheets, cobweb's by the entrance and on the deck which hadn't been cleaned off in sometime and to deck table was very wobbly and the tub drain was broken causing the tub to fill while showering but able to get it to work so it would drain. My wife and I enjoyed our stay as we always do in the Ozarks.

Overall, I’d give it a solid 9/10

We really enjoyed our stay!! The location was great and the pool was Ah-mazing! The condo was generally clean but we did find a questionable white substance on one of the bed spreads (it did wash off), and our feet would be black from the floors. The vacation journal in the living room was a cute touch. I was hoping to read about other’s experiences as well, but we were the first to write in it! If you stay I’d highly recommend you journal your experience for future guests. As I said, overall we were very pleased with our stay and would definitely stay here, if we choose to vacation at Lake of the Ozarks again.

VERY NICE CONDO AND VIEW

The condo is very nice with a beautiful view of the water from the top floor. However it needs updating. Mattresses and recliners are in fair condition. TVs are older and very difficult to operate with no instructions provided. There are not enough towels in bath and kitchen. Parking is distant as is the pool.
