Intemporel, bien être, un hymne au bonheur...

Chacun doit chercher seul le chemin du bonheur, que vous trouverez aisément dans cette villa. Le cadre est magnifique et tous les ingrédients sont réunis pour vous permettre de passer un séjour inoubliable et surtout intemporel comme un trait d’union dans une vie où le temps n’impose pas sa loi. Vous vous laissez porter par un sentiment de bienêtre, dans un lieux que vous ne voulez plus quitter, vous êtes ici comme chez vous et même parfois mieux encore.

What a great vacation home for friends and family! The house is really comfortable with a large open plan - living room, dining room and kitchen. There is a natural indoor-outdoor flow. We loved eating all our meals in the shaded outdoor dining room. The spacious wood deck with stylish patio furniture is lovely, not to mention a divine saltwater pool! A fully enclosed garden with nice trees makes the property safe and private. The house is also very well equipped and maintained. If you are in the mood to cook, you will find everything you need including French recipes. Finally, the location is wonderful. It is in a quiet neighborhood with a biking lane at your feet. You are only a few minutes away from the beach, shops and restaurants. The fisherman’s villages are truly charming. We were 4 adults and we can’t wait to comeback!

Raffinement et confort

Maison très agréable et de grande qualité tant au niveau de la literie que de l'équipement ménager. Les espaces de vie sont très confortables : bons canapés, tables de repas intérieure et extérieure de belle taille. Agréable maison. Très belles prestations!

Nous avons vécu une semaine de bonheur dans cette superbe maison, récente, ensoleillée, avec un beau jardin et une belle piscine.Toutes les pièces sont équipées avec gout et inspirent élégance et zénitude… A proximité de toutes commodités dans un quartier calme, situé entre océan et bassin. Idéal pour profiter de baignades, balades en forêt, pistes cyclables… Propriétaires très gentils et accueil chaleureux. BRAVO!

très bon séjour

Vaste maison, au calme. Aucun vis-à-vis, dans une impasse silencieuse. Les trois chambres ont chacune leur douche.La chambre parentale a également les toilettes. On vit beaucoup autour de la terrasse au centre de la maison. Il manquerait éventuellement un parasol chauffant pour les soirées mi-août qui peuvent être fraîches. La piscine est majestueuse, sans aucun goût désagréable. Les commerces sont rapidement accessibles en vélo (2 fournis dans la location). La plage la plus proche est à 10 minutes en voiture si l'on part aux heures creuses, ce que nous faisions, pour profiter de la quiétude de la maison l'après-midi. La maison est régulièrement habitée par les propriétaires, rien ni manque, et l'entretien est parfait. L'aménagement intérieur est tel qu'on aimerait l'avoir chez soi. Nous y avons passés d'excellentes vacances.

Grandios schöner und erholsamer Aufenthalt

Wir sind eine Familie mit drei bereits größeren Kindern und haben von Mitte bis Ende August in der sehr geschmackvoll eingerichteten ruhig gelegenen Villa verbracht. Alle haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus ist perfekt und vollständig eingerichtet, die Küche groß, die Schlafzimmer haben alle ein eigenes Bad. Der Wohnraum ist einladend, offen und und großzügig, so dass auch ein Regentag angenehm verbracht werden konnte. Der Außenraum ist fantastisch, die Terrasse vollständig holzgedeckt, einladend zum Essen, Liegen und Entspannen. Der Pool ist gepflegt und eignet sich zum Schwimmen und Spielen. Die Lage von Lège ist ausgezeichnet, es gibt große aber auch kleinere Geschäfte zum Einkaufen. Die Orte und Strände auf dem Cap sind in 10 bis 30 Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Zum nächstgelegenen sehr schönen Strand sind es 8 bis 10 Minuten. Die Landschaft ist abwechslungsreich durch den ganz eigenen Charakter des Bassins und die Strände am offenen Meer, besonders schön ist Village Cap Ferret und grandios natürlich die Dune du Pyla. Bordeaux ist ca. 50 Minuten entfernt und eine tolle Stadt. Wir haben uns sehr gefreut, die Eigentümer kennen gelernt zu haben, sie sind reizend, äußerst freundlich und hilfsbereit gewesen, mit Tatkraft und Tipps haben sie uns während des gesamten Aufenthalts unterstützt.

L'échappée aquitaine...

Entre océan et bassin, à portée des vagues ou des huîtres, selon l’humeur, se trouve le parfait lieu de vacances en famille. La maison est moderne, soignée, décorée avec beaucoup de goût et bien agencée, autour d’un patio ombragé qui abrite idéalement les repas. La cuisine est grande, aérée et équipée de façon pratique pour servir même de grandes tablées. Les chambres sont spacieuses, avec une salle de bains pour chacune. La pisicine est superbe, ensoleillée du matin au soir, et idéale pour jouer comme pour faire des brasses. Le quartier est très tranquille et à proximité des pistes cyclables pour la belle plage du Grand Crohot (30 minutes de vélo sur une piste totalement séparée de la route). Le bassin d’Arcachon est très amusant à naviguer. Le village du Cap Ferret se trouve à environ 20-25 minutes en voiture selon la circulation. Les propriétaires sont charmants, soucieux de répondre à tous nos besoins et connaissent d'excellentes adresses! Nous y avons passé deux semaines de vacances en famille comme on croyait qu’elles n’existaient plus depuis trente ans.

Maison de charme et d'expection

Famille de 4 avec des enfants de 12 et 8 ans, nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette maison superbe. La maison est spacieuse, bien équipée et bien agencée. Tout est en très bon état et les pièces décorées avec gout. Tout est à disposition pour les locataires et de ce fait on s'y sens chez soi tout de suite. La maison est située dans un quartier résidentiel, au calme. La terrasse est très agréable, le patio idéal pour les repas en extérieur et les enfants ont adoré la piscine. La voiture est indispensable. Les vélos permettent d'aller à la plage (30-40 min). Les activités sont nombreuses et variées dans cette région (surf, ski nautique, balade, marchés,...) Attention au traffic routier il faut vraiment choisir ses heures pour se déplacer ! La propriétaire a été d'une écoute et gentillesse extrême et merci beaucoup pour toutes vos astuces et conseils. Je recommande fortement cet endroit pour de vacances en famille réussie.

Un havre de paix

Quel bonheur de profiter de cette maison aux lignes contemporaines et au confort haut de gamme pendant nos vacances. Baignée de soleil tout au long de la journée, la piscine fait le bonheur des enfants tandis que les parents peuvent profiter du calme et de la douceur de l'océan qui ne se situe qu'à quelques minutes en voiture ou à vélo de la villa Océan, bassin, marchés locaux, commerces, etc. tout est à proximité Une expérience à réitérer

Séjour d'août 2012

Bonjour Nous sommes une famille de cinq personnes et avons passé deux semaines très agréables aux mois d’août 2012. Nous avons pleinement profité de nos vacances et nous avons pu apprécier cette villa récente entretenue avec soin, décorée avec gout et très bien équipée. L’endroit est calme, excentré de Lège et éloigné de la départementale menant à Cap-Ferret. Les villas voisines ont suffisamment éloignées les uns des autres pour bénéficier d’une totale tranquillité. La terrasse, totalement en bois, exposée plein sud, donne sur la piscine. La proximité de la forêt nous a permis de bénéficier de la fraicheur nocturne après les chaleurs de la journée. La villa se situe à proximité des pistes cyclables qui permettent soit de se rendre sur la coté atlantique, le bassin d’Arcachon ou à l’intérieur des terres.

Villa magnifique et séjour très agréable !

Nous avons séjourné 1 semaine en juin 2012 dans cette villa et la recommandons sans l'ombre d'une hésitation. La maison est vraiment très agréable, confortable, propre, bien équipée, aménagée et décorée avec beaucoup de goût. L'endroit est calme et tranquille. La terrasse et la piscine sont bien ensoleillées. Il est de plus très facile de rayonner depuis ce lieu vers les autres villes du Bassin d'Arcachon ou jusqu'à la côte océane, et ce tant en voiture qu'en vélo (départ de pistes cyclables à proximité). Enfin, les petits restaurants que nous avons testés dans les environs, sur les conseils de la propriétaire, étaient vraiment très bien !
