We love this house!
We had another wonderful stay at the Cove. The location is perfect, the house is homely and comfortable. New bathrooms and kitchen are well appointed. Thanks very much to the owner for maintaining such a perfect place to stay. We will be back!

perfect family holiday
We stayed with our grandchildren and found the house well equipped for winding down after a day at the beach and the garden was ideal for ball games and a BBQ. The location was perfect being such a short walk to the beach but also easily accessible to other family friendly options in the area such as Fincham mill. The house was well equipped with everthing needed; we particularly liked the fishing nets with which to go looking for crabs. Would highly recommend the house to all our friends

Doggie heaven
A perfectly placed property with a great garden for our dogs. Out the back gate just a short walk to a beautiful Sandy beach.
The shower is down stairs opposite back door to garden. You can't move in the shower even if you are a size 10!
The floor gets covered in grass, leaves and dirt so when you walk into kitchen your feet need a wash. Ok take shoes with you, but do you need this on holiday.
The main bedroom gets hot as you can't open windows, they have notes on them saying "do not open".

Well equipped and very comfortable house
We particularly appreciated the back door lobby to desand the dog from the beach. One of the best equipped kitchens I have come across with immaculate pots and pans - everything worked. Beds were very comfortable and loved the first floor verandah.
Five minutes from the beach, lovely big garden and totally enclosed. Plenty of seating areas; all in all everything was provided.

Excellent
Can't really fault the property in any way everything was good and provided, a lovely spacious and comfortable property.
Being able to open more windows would have been useful as, most unusually, the outside temperature was in the thirties hence the house was VERY hot especially when we first arrived, which was a nice problem to have. No complaints about the thirties temperature!

Somewhere you would be glad to call home
The Cove is a lovely place to spend a holiday in Norfolk, as also is Old Hunstanton - there are many places to visit nearby, although we could happily have spent a whole week in and around the "cottage".
The house is spacious whilst still retaining a cosy charm. it is very well equipped and has the feeling of a real home (the beds are high quality, the seating very comfortable ....).
The location is particularly well suited to walks with a dog, or a day on the beach and is peaceful whilst still being close to many excellent places to eat, shops and visitor attractions.
Food- We particularly enjoyed Eric's Fish and chips, Wiveton Hall's Cafe, the many delis and farm shops.
Visitor attractions -the beaches, Snettisham Deer Safari, Houghton Hall, Sandringham, the hat shop at Burnham Market ... I could go on. I hope we will return soon.

Fantastic location
This was a wonderful place for a multi generation family holiday.
Although we had a few issues they were quickly resolved and we were able to have a fantastic time. The beds were so comfortable!!! And the beach so close!
A brilliant stay, would certainly recommend to anyone.

Comfortable house with character
Set in a great location with a large secluded garden, this is a light and comfortable house with lots of character. It was always welcoming to come back to, and made for a delightful stay.
