Luxury apartment completely renovated in 2017. The apartment consists of a living / dining room, a fully equipped open kitchen, a separate bedroom with a bed 2 people. The living room has a Murphy bed 2 people to keep a spacious living room during the day and sleep in a comfortable bed at night. The apartment is located in the upper part of the resort, residence Alpages 1.

Rental equipped for 5 people, nursery the little wolves and Children's Village nearby, exposure West.

Living room: 1 double sofa beds and a Murphy bed, dining area, TV. Modular dresser table from 0 to 6 people.

appartement bien situé, légerement éloigné du centre ce qui permet d'avoir un peu de calme. appartement au 7 eme étage belle vue sur la station. l'appartement ne correspond pas vraiment à la description. les commodes pour ranger les affaires sont cassées, le balcon est inutilisable car il sert de débarras.

PRIX EXORBITANT PAR RAPPORT AU LOGEMENT : Balcon encombré avec des parpaings, un radiateur et cuvette WC. Lit dépliant cassé au cours de séjour, dans la nuit du mercredi au jeudi, obligé de dormir le jeudi sur le matelas au sol, les réparateurs arrivés le vendredi soir lorsque l'on partait. Le canapé en faux cuir qui s'effrite dans tout l'appartement lorsque l'ont s'assoie dessus et la cuvette des WC cassée (peut-être que c'était à nous de la remplacer avec celle qui était sur le balcon!!!...)

Très bon séjour dans cet appartement
Bel appartement, bien agencé et très bien situé, à 2min à pied du centre et au pied des pistes. Le petit bémol est la propreté de l’appartement qui est à revoir. Mais bon contact avec le propriétaire qui a contacté l’agence pour arranger ce problème. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour tout de même, je recommande.

Very good location, lovely apartment
We stayed in Nicolas's apartment last week. Overall, the apartment was very good. Perfect position (2 minutes from the Carrefour, ski-in/out), warm and cosy, very quiet at night and lovely views across Avoriaz. One problem was the Agent only gave us 1 lift key. This was very inconvenient, as we did not arrive at the apartment together on many occasions during our holiday, so my son had to walk up 7 floors with his snowboard - the ski locker only fits skis. The only other problem was that there was no Wifi, which caused us problems. However, if you're happy to go off grid for a week, then this could be the apartment for you. We'd definitely consider staying again :0)

belle situation
Appartement agréable, joliment rénové mais très petit. peu de place pour le rangement. Nous aurions préféré une possibilité d'avoir un wifi ( contre paiement) au lieu d'un jeu wii (car manque de place pour jouer).Nous avons été très surprises que les linges n'étaient pas inclus car aucune précision lors de la réservation. La partie électrique dans la salle de bain à améliorer (fils électriques apparents non sécurisés) Le local pour ranger les skis très pratique. Situation idéale, proche de tout. Le séjour a été dans l'ensemble très apprécié. nous conseillerions cet appartement pour pas plus de 3 personnes.

Appartement très bien placé,mais aucun rengement,si ce n'est une commode 3 tiroirs pour 5 personnes.
Il n'y aucun rangement seulement une commode 3 tiroirs !!!!!, les 2 banquettes qui s'ouvrent ne sont pas des lits et on ne dort pas à 2 sinon très serrés,et on ne mange surtout pas à 5 sur la table. Heureusement nous étions avec 2 enfants, 5 adultes, c'est ingérable.Appartement très bien placé mais ça ne fait pas tout.
