About this property

Modern holiday home near the sea

This property has been cleaned with chemicals that are effective against Coronavirus. Our staff is following all safety protocols as directed by the local authorities. Physical distancing rules apply for check in and check out.
This beautiful group accommodation has all the ingredients for a wonderful stay. The spacious living room with open-plan kitchen is perfectly furnished and features a large dining table, comfortable corner sofa and nice wood stove. The garden doors (four in total) provide plenty of light and a spacious feeling. The kitchen is of course also fully equipped. On the ground floor is another bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The other four bedrooms and two bathrooms can be found on the first floor. The spacious garden is great during nice weather. The L-shaped terrace provides plenty of garden furniture and can truly serve as an extension of the living room thanks to the previously mentioned garden doors.

Mangelnde Sauberkeit

Größe und Ausstattung des Objekts waren in Ordnung und wie auf den Bilder und im Text angegeben. Das Resort liegt außerhalb, sodass man zum Einkaufen bestenfalls das Fahrrad häufig aber das Auto bemühen muss. Es gibt einen Spielplatz und ausreichend Parkmöglichkeiten. Das WLAN hat am ersten Tag nicht funktioniert. Nach Rückmeldung bei der Rezeption kam umgehend jemand vorbei, um das Problem zu beheben. Nicht zugesagt hat uns, dass die Ferienwohnung nicht sauber war: Schmutzige Fenster, Staub in den Ecken sowie Silberfischchen unter den Möbeln und in der Bettwäsche! Aufgrund der mangelnden Sauberkeit würden wir die Ferienwohnung nicht nochmal buchen.

Great time in Noordvijk

There were 7 of us in our cycling group. The location was well situated for cycle touring the dunes, bulb fields, Keukenhof. We also took the bikes to Amsterdamse Bos, parked easily and cycled into Amsterdam city. The property was very clean, well appointed and comfortable; the staff were very helpful. There were no negatives - thoroughly recommended!

Zufrieden geht aber besser

Wir hatten uns sehr auf unseren Urlaub mit der Familie gefreut. Eigentlich war auch alles super bis auf zwei Dinge. 1. Direkt am ersten Tag meldeten wir, dass das Warmwasser im Bad im UG nicht funktionierte. Es kam auch jemand, konnte den Schaden aber nicht beheben. Erst zum Ende des Urlaubs wurde die Armatur dann doch gewechselt. Als Entschuldigung erhielten wir einen Wein für 3,99 Euro. 2. Ebenso meldeten wir ein Wespenproblem/ Nest, das regelmäßig für Tiere im Haus sorgte. Ein Wechsel in ein anderes Haus wurde uns nicht angeboten. Diese beiden Punkte sorgen dafür, dass ich den Ferienpark nicht weiterempfehlen kann.

TOP Unterkunft ****

Das Haus ist großzügig und mit viel Liebe zum Detail ausgestattet. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Die zentrale Lage ermöglicht schöne Radtouren in der Umgebung, wie nach Leiden oder Zandvoort. Zum weitläufigen Strand sind es nur wenige Minuten durch Wald und Dünen. Fazit: Wir kommen wieder!

Het grote probleem op deze site is dat je nooit precies kunt vertellen wat er mis of goed is. Wij hadden een gemixte ervaring in Noordwijk. Maar waar laat ik mijn reactie achter? Belvilla is wat dit betreft een slechte intermediair. Wij gaan volgende keer voor Airb&b.

Heerlijk ruim met voldoende bad en toilet gelegenheden. Lekker veel kastruimte. Jammer dat de oven/magnetron op zo'n ongelukkige plaats zit. Met tien personen geeft dat wel eens een probleem met de deur. Misschien de deur andersom zetten?

Geschmackvolles schönes Haus

Wir waren mit 10 Personen da. Alles ist für die Anzahl eingerichtet, Küche, Tisch, Wohnzimmer, drei Badezimmer und zusätzlich eine Toilette. Das Haus war sehr sauber und die Lage gut. Ruhige und schöne Anlage. Das Haus ist wie auf der Seite dargestellt. Echte Empfehlung.

Lekker vakantiehuis voor grotere groep.

Het huis was prima en met 5 slaapkamers en 3 badkamers uitstekend voor een grotere groep. Op de foto’s stonden ook speeltoestellen, maar die waren niet aanwezig bij dit vakantiehuis.

Prima ontvangst bij de receptie van het park en goede informatie gekregen. Vakantiehuis voldeed prima en met 3 badkamers perfect voor een groot gezelschap. Heerlijke omgeving en centraal gelegene voor bezoekjes aan Gouda, Leiden, Den Haag en Haarlem en, natuurlijk het strand.
