Quay cottage
Lovely cottage, ideal location in the centre of Wells-next-to-the-sea. Comfortable and spacious. The only problem which did not affect our stay was the cleanliness the floors in the dining area and lounge were filthy and the dust on certain areas had been there a while. Maintenance is required on internal door handles and plaster coming off the wall in the main bedroom

Fab location
We have just returned from a lovely week at Quay cottage. If you want to be right in the action of Wells then It’s location is perfect. We loved that we could nip out for a quick coffee whenever we fancied. My son also loved that he could pop to the park and arcade within seconds. The cottage is well equipped with everything you may need from a holiday home. We parked across the road in the car park and paid £30 for the week which meant we didn’t have to fight to park each day. The cottage is looking a bit worn in a few places but nothing that effected our break.

Perfect cottage for family of 3
We couldn’t have asked for a better cottage, the owners had thought of everything. Tastefully decorated, located right next to an ice cream shop and the local playground so perfect for our toddler. Full sky package so we could watch films etc. Only negative would be the bed in the master bedroom was very hard but this could be easily fixed. Will definitely return.

Pretty perfect don't hesitate to book
We were a party of five adults who stayed for a long weekend in October. Quay Cottage is a lovely large house tastefully decorated with quality fixtures and fittings. The cottage is equipped with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay and is a real home from home. It is in a great position for exploring Wells and is very close to the harbour and beach road. There is also a great fish restaurant a few doors away The Crab House which we will certainly visit again. We had a fabulous stay and would not hesitate to return.

Good location but no parking
Excellent, comfortable Cottage just along from Wells quay. Bought weekly ticket for car park opposite £28 but this does not guarantee a space. When busy had to find temporary parking elsewhere but always plenty of room after 6.00pm when the car park is free of charge. One or two service issues but Norfolk Hideaways most helpful.

family break
We have been to norfolk several times now and stay somewhere different everytime. We enjoyed our stay in wells and found quay cottage very comfortable. We had an issue with the bath on our first night ( overflow pipe) not connected and therefore there was a flood throught the ceiling. This was dealt with immediatly and customer serivice was excellent. The cottage is nicely decorated and alot bigger than what i thought it was going to be. There was 6 of us 3 adults 3 children and there was ample space. very good facilities and everything you need for a comfortable stay. The only down side to this cottage was cleanliness. Spider webs in all the corners and some pots when we went to use them had to be soaked as they were really dirty. On leaving when making sure we had everything we moved the sofas forward to ensure none of childrens toys were left behind it mounds of dust and dirt and a pile of old papers. Parking is an issue as there is no parking at front of house so if your wanting to empty car out you could end walking quite a distance from car park. On a whole we did have a nice stay just a few negatives that should not be there when on holiday

Great cottage in a great location
We enjoyed a lovely week at Quay Cottage in July 2017. The cottage was clean, furnished to a high standard and very well equipped. The cottage is in a great location, close to the playground, quayside and Staithe Street shops. We would highly recommend this property and hope to return next year.

Best in wells!
What's not to like... great location, well equipped, immaculately presented, spacious and modern but without losing that cosy feeling! Really nice to be able curl up in front of the fire after a bracing walk to beach! Such a warm welcoming home from home would definitely return!
