The building is located in Piazza Federico di Svevia, and overlooks the Ursino Castle, a medieval stronghold in the heart of the baroque center of the city.
The studio apartment is very bright, completely renovated, quiet and welcoming.

a large space that includes a sleeping area, a living area (equipped with a double sofa bed), a kitchen, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. There are also two balconies overlooking an internal courtyard. The bedroom is an original alcove, secluded and welcoming, designed by the architect Giovanni Romeo.

It is located a few minutes walk from the most important sites from the historical and cultural point of view: Piazza Duomo, Via Crociferi, la Pescheria, Via Etnea and Piazza Stesicoro (nearest subway), and Piazza Teatro Massimo.

A few steps from Piazza Alcala ', to easily reach the Playa of Catania and the Lungo Mare, and the airport.

The flat provides wifi, washing machine, kettle and a coffee pot, microwave oven, bed sheets, towels, hairdryer and TV.

With the apartment situated next to my house, I have the pleasure of welcoming guests, suggesting itineraries, restaurants and the cultural and historical sites of Catania and the surrounding area.

A few minutes walk from the most important sites of historical and cultural interest: Piazza Duomo, Via Crociferi, Pescheria, Via Etnea and Piazza Stesicoro (the nearest metro), and Piazza Teatro Massimo.

Five minutes walk from Alcalà Square, nearest connection to reach the Playa di Catania, the Lungo Mare coastal walk, and the airport.
