Located in a quiet residential area, large attic with large terrace overlooking the sea and the beautiful hills surrounding Alassio,
apartment on the 5th floor with elevator, can be suitable for people with walking problems, consisting of large living room, kitchen, double bedroom, and bedroom with three beds, two bathrooms in one of which is housed the washing machine. Appartamento, in ottima posizione, vicino al mare

All'arrivo non erano state fatte le pulizie, superato il problema, Francesco ha risposto alle nostre richieste in maniera veloce, e si mostrato molto collaborativo. L'appartamento aveva un bel terrazzo, e si trova a pochi passi dal mare, e dal budello di Alassio

Großzügige Wohnung in guter Lage

Wir durften Mittag nach Ankunft sofort einziehen und alles wurde sorgfältig erklärt. Im nahe gelegenen Parkhaus gibt es reservierte Plätze. Die Wohnung ist sehr groß, sauber und vor allem die riesige Terrasse richtig toll! Strände, Restaurants und Geschäfte sind gut und schnell zu erreichen. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bett war sehr bequem. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Uns hat es gut gefallen, Wohnung entsprach den Vorstellungen. Francesco war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, die Einweisung war gut und auch die Tipps von Francesco waren prima, wie z. B. der Hundestrand Bababeach.

Vacanza al mare in famiglia

L'appartamento è spazioso e con un bel terrazzo in un posto di Alassio molto comodo perché vicino al mare e ai negozi. Adatto alle famiglie con bambini ma anche persone anziane.

Appartamento ben tenuto vicino al mare e al budello: tutto come da descrizione . Grazie al Sig. Francesco siamo riusciti a risolvere il problema del parcheggio per le nostre due auto. Consigliato.

Très agréable

Très agréable appartement aux espaces généreux. Idéalement situé. Sans l’arrangement organisé par l’hôte Francesco, le parking serait un casse-tête handicapant. Donc, merci à lui !

L'appartamento è pulito e spazioso

Appartamento pulito spazioso e confortevole, molto accessoriato. Vicino al mare ,posizione tranquilla, unico neo non ho avuto il parcheggio ,ma il signor Francesco ci è venuto incontro aiutandoci a risolvere il problema. Ci siamo trovate molto bene e lo consiglerei vivamente.

Il Top nel centro di Alassio a due passi dal mare!

Super Standort, netter Gastgeber

Lage hervorragend. Gastgeber sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Sauberkeit schlecht, insb. Küche. Nicht geeignet für Rollstuhlfahrer (Lift zu klein) Wohnung ist grosszügig. Küche eng. Tolle Terrasse.

Buona scelta in Alassio

Per raggiungere la massima valutazione di questo attico, dotato di ampio balcone, manca solo l'affaccio diretto sul mare, distante per altro poche decine di metri, ed in parte compensato da notevole vista sule colline retrostanti. Francesco, il professionista immobiliare, ha svolto un ottimo lavoro per rendere gradevole il soggiorno.

Toller Urlaub in Alassio

Die Wohnung ist wie beschrieben sehr schön und stilvoll eingerichtet und mit einem sehr großen Balkon. Man sieht die umgebenden Hügel und kann auch das Meer sehen. Wir waren zwei Pärchen mit einem Kleinkind und für uns war die Unterkunft perfekt. Wir hatten genügend Platz und konnten spontane Kurztrips in die Stadt und ans Meer unternehmen. Francesco hat uns wie besprochen empfangen und war stets erreichbar. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder :-)

Appartamento comodo e centrale

Appartamento comodo e centrale fornito di tutto il necessario per una piacevole vacanza 5 piano con ascensore purtroppo stretto per il nostro passeggino; Francesco ha saputo esserci di aiuto con i condomini non contenti che lo lasciassimo nell’atrio Cambretta con 3 letti spaziosa, salotto comodo, peccato che non dotato di uscita sul balcone. Camera matrimoniale grande ma forse un po’ troppo affollata di mobili. Cucina piccola ma dotata di tutto il necessario 2 bagni di cui molto comodi Casa vivibilissima anche da 2 nuclei familiari (famiglia e nonni, 2 coppie di amici)

tempo brutto casa bella

Purtroppo il tempo inclemente ci ha penalizzati; fortunatamente l'appartamento, arredato in modo semplice, ma con gusto, ci ha reso piacevoli anche le permanenze in casa. Come detto ,l'appartamento arredato con gusto era completo di ogni accessorio ed elettrodomestici, perfettamente funzionanti, il tutto completato con un terrazzo ben sfruttabile. Pertanto è consigliabile e penso di ritornarci appena possibile Roberto
