Old house, Penty, independent partly renovated in 2008 on ground of 800 m ². South facing.

The house is located in Lermot, former fishing village, on the Peninsula of Hillion, very easy access.

The Hillion Peninsula is in the heart of an ornithological nature reserve where you can observe all kinds of migratory birds throughout the year.

2 Beaches quiet and well oriented at 400 and 800 m.

You can enjoy all around the peninsula trails customs officers to make various walks and various walks or bike.

Possible foot fishing in the bay (large hull reserve)

You have all the shops of proximity in the town of Hillion (1.8 Km) and of the Large and Medium Surfaces in the town of Yffiniac (6. 5 Km). SNCF stations Saint Brieuc (16 km) or Lamballe (19 km)

A truly wonderful find. Highly recommend.
We had a fantastic stay here! The house was clean and spacious with more than enough room for the four of us (our double room had an an extra cot tucked in the corner, and each of the other rooms had two trundle beds). The kitchen is purely functional, but it has everything you need to cook a good meal, and there's even a table in the garden if you want to eat outside. The bedrooms are cozy and sweetly decorated, and we really appreciated the comfortable beds and pretty, fresh linens. I picked raspberries in the garden and we ate them for breakfast. We chose the house because it was equidistant between the Mont Saint Michel and Perros-Guirec, two places we knew we wanted to visit. While we really enjoyed those day trips, we were also happy spending time on the beaches close to home. The house is located about 500 yards from a small beach where local families go to enjoy the surprisingly warm water. Not far away is the Bay of St. Brieuc (with the fifth fastest tides in the world), where we took an easy hike. The area is a bird sanctuary so the views and walks are pristine. St. Brieuc itself is a pretty city, too. The town has everything you need--a little supermarket with friendly staff, a fabulous purveyor of local products, complete with rotisserie chicken, and an excellent patisserie. Unfortunately, a lot of businesses took their vacations during the time we were there, so we couldn't enjoy the patisserie as often as we wanted to, and we didn't get to eat dinner in town. We found some great spots to eat, however, one of which was just a short walk from the house. You'd never guess that you could get a great meal at the little campsite at the end of the road overlooking the bay (Camping Bellevue Mer), but I had delicious moules and my family, who were craving American food, thoroughly enjoyed their burgers. It was glorious to watch the sun go down and then walk home. We also had a terrific meal with a beautiful view in Pleneuf-Val-Andre, only about a half-hour away, at a restaurant called Cap Sud. We didn't get to meet Bruno, but he was very nice by phone and disappointed that he couldn't meet us in person, and he was very accommodating. We would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a quiet, cozy retreat near the beach.

Wir haben die Zeit in dem alten renovierten Haus sehr genossen. Die Umgebung faszinierend. Sehr ruhig und wirklich nah am Meer. Die Wohnung ist gut eingerichtet. Das Bad eng aber funktioniert.

Wir haben unseren Urlaub hier genossen. Die Schlafzimmer sind größer als es auf den Fotos aussieht.Die Küche lässt kaum Wünsche offen. Mit dem kleinen Bad und kleinem WC konnten wir uns gut arrangierendenn wir waren zu viert. Sehr, sehr nette und bemühte Vermieter mit guten Tipps zum Thema Ausflugziele. Die Bucht direkt östlich am Ort ist die Beste. Die anderen können bei Ebbe mit Grünalgen bedeckt sein.

Petite maison dans un magnifique jatdin
Séjour tres agréable. Cuisine bien équipée. Salon spacieux, grande table a manger, mobilier pour le jardin. Deux terrasses. Trois chambres avec lits confortables. Belle decoration. Plusieurs sentiers de randonnée a proximité, avec vue sur les plages et sur les falaises. Village tranquille.

Du bon et du moins bon
La maison de Bruno est sympathique dans l'ensemble, avec notamment un jardin accueillant. La situation géographique est bonne et proche de la mer. Cependant il y a un gros point négatif, le lieu est touché par les accumulations d'algues vertes et les plages peuvent être interdites. De plus nous avons eu plusieurs déconvenues dans la maison : - vaisselle en partie sale - ménage correct mais pas parfait - étendoir à linge avec quelques endroits rouillés, n'ayant pas fait attention sur le coup j'ai taché plusieurs vêtements - maisons relativement "bordélique", il y a par exemple de la vaisselle et des ustensiles de cuisine partout - propriétaire présent par SMS mais jamais physiquement, entrée et sortie autonome non assumée. Ça ne nous a pas empêché de passer de bonnes vacances mais ces points me paraissent important d'être soulignés

Wir hatten einen unvergesslich schönen Aufenthalt in der wildromantischen Bretagne! Fotos können die Eindrücke nur erahnen lassen, wie wunderschön dieser Flecken Erde ist. Die Beschreibung der Unterkunft passt und die Ausstattung ist hervorragend! Alles da was man braucht! Der Garten ist sehr liebevoll angelegt und recht weitläufig. Die Kinder hatten ihren Spass beim Toben und Spielen. Die Toilette ist etwas beengt aber funktional. Zur Sauberkeit des Objekts: französischer Standard. Top Highlights: Cap de Ergquy, Cap Frehel (Möwenfelsen), Saint-Malo, Miesmuscheln essen gleich um die Ecke! Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war leider ohne persönlichen Kontakt, lief allerdings alles reibungslos.

Altes bretonisches Haus mit 7 Betten (Schlafmöglichkeiten), dafür nur 1 sehr kleines (!) Badezimmer und nur 1 ebenfalls sehr kleines aber separates(!) WC. Eigentümer sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und unkompliziert. Haus für zwei Erwachsene gut geeignet, für mehr Personen stößt die Badsituation an ihre Grenzen. Da sollte nachgebessert werden, besonders in Anbetracht des relativ hohen Preises!

Schönes Haus mit schönem Garten
Das Haus ist sehr schön und groß. Prima war, dass jedes der Kinder ein eigenes Zimmer haben konnte. Die Umgebung ist schön. Man muß sich darüber im klaren sein, dass es hier einen extremen Gezeitenhub gibt. Man kann nicht zu jeder Zeit schwimmen, da bei Ebbe einfach kein Meer da ist. Dafür aber wunderbare Wattwanderungen machen.

Etwa 10 min Fussweg zum Meer und zum Wanderweg auf den Klippen. Auto unbedingt erforderlich, Empfhehlung:Anreise aus D mit TGV von Strasbourg nach Rennes direkt in 4h50min dann Mietwagen nach Hillion 1h:20min. Schöne Ausflugsziele entlang der Atlantikküste ..
