On the ground floor there are two spacious bedrooms – both with en-suites; whilst on the lower ground floor, you’ll find the main living areas and a single bedroom with an en-suite shower room which doubles up as a cloakroom. Outside, a patio from the lounge/diner stretches the whole width of the property and has plenty of room for sun loungers, chairs, a table and parasol. From the patio, steps lead down to a small, secure, fenced grass area and here is off-road parking for one car next to Ocean View.
