Casa Dino is a studio loft on 2 levels, with a 5m high ceiling, located inside a large apartment where the owner lives. Only the main entrance is shared with the owner. For the rest, the booked space which is a loft with a mezzanine bedroom, private bathroom and kitchenette is secured, for privacy, with a locked door for which only the guest has the keys. There is a shared courtyard/garden where you can smoke and leave your bike or scooter inside. Living room with kitchenette, mezzanine bedroom with double bed, cot available free of charge on request, private bathroom, shower/tub and washing machine, large furnished terrace for the exclusive use of guests.

Very quaint

We loved our apartment in Rome! Living with the locals! Very clean and comfortable, accessible to restaurants, wine bars, patisseries! Owner was very friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Nomentana apartment

The location was not very appealing aesthetically, but lots of buses to the Old Rome. My main complaint was that both the owner’s apartment and the VRBO smelled musty and that was a turn-off. Also, with no air conditioning, it was uncomfortably hot. There was a fan which did help, but with daily temps between 102 and 106, it was not enough to make the apartment comfortable

L'appartamentino è piccolo, ma accogliente e con una terrazza splendida. Indubbiamente uno dei punti di forza è il prezzo, molto conveniente per Roma. Ottima terrazza. La cucina è embrionale e potrebbe essere ampiamente migliorata

6 Nights in Rome

I spent a week in Rome with my younger brother in this apartment. We asked for the extra bed and you ought to know, this is not a bed for tall people. He's about 180cm and his feet were mostly in the air on it. The loft is located inside Dino's flat, so you might want to know 3 keys are needed each time you leave and come back. It's a bit of a hassle, but feels very safe in that regard. There's a bunch of different stations you can get to from the apartment; especially useful is the bus station of the line 60/66/82/90, which also has one of those wonderful water fountains right by it. Back to the Loft: while it has a lot of light and a cute little terrace, it is quite small. You mostly feel this in the bathroom, as my brother couldn't stand up in the shower, and the showerhead can't really be held up by anything even if you're short enough to stand (like me haha). The apartment could have been a bit cleaner as well, though I have high standards. It's nice that you get woken by the morning sun and the loft upstairs felt spacious and was high enough for everyone to stand in. It's also nice that there's a TV by the bed as we could watch movies after walking for hours :D Slight deductions due to cleanliness and very tiny kitchen/very few utensils.

First time abroad

This is one of the most authentic stays that anyone could ask for. The location is a bit of a distance away from Rome's monuments, which makes it difficult to catch a taxi. The host goes out of his way with his detailed instructions on how to use the cities metro system.

Wunderschönes Apartment mit super Anbindung und dem nettestem Host jemals

Meine Freundin und ich waren 7 Tage in Rom und durften glücklicherweise in Dinos Apartment übernachten. Er überhäufte uns mit Informationen, netten Anekdoten und wir schlossen ihn wegen seiner herzlich-offenen Art sofort ins Herz! Wahrscheinlich auch wegen des klasse Abends mit Prosecco, Knabereien und super Gesprächen! ♥ Mit kleiner Küche, dem großen Supermarkt um die Ecke und des großen Balkons waren Frühstück so wie Abendessen preiswert, üppig und atmosphärisch zugleich. Die Bushaltestelle - 1-2 Min entfernt - bringt euch direkt ins Herz Roms, nämlich zum Piazza de Venezia. Von dort aus ist so ziemlich alles Sehenswerte leicht erreichbar. Vielen dank das wir deine Gäste sein durften und hoffentlich bis nächstes Jahr! Liebe Grüße, Magda & Gero

We had a great stay at Dinos wonderful appartement. It was just as nice, as it looked in the pictures and Dino was a very charming and helpful host. The connection to the cities center and most attractive sites via bus was very good and even late at night we found several opportunities to get home quick. We would definetly recommend the appartement and its host. and a special plus he didn't even mention: you'll get fantastic pizza just around the corner from the appartement. That's bella italia!

The Studio is housed in a large apartment located on the second floor, whose ceilings are high m. 4.20, this allowed a "Studio" with living room and kitchenette, private bathroom with tub per session includes a washing machine, a terrace area of m. m. 4.00 4.20 x and upstairs the bedroom with double bed. Possibility of a third single folder bed added. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of the guests. Plasma tv in the room. The kitchenette is equipped with cookware, crockery, cutlery, coffee maker, and how useful for cooking: oil, salt, sugar.

I am a versatile actor and theater director, specializing in Commedia dell'arte, Mime and mask technique. Homemade costumes and masks here and there. Professor at Upter-Università Popolare-, internships abroad, I was really in France where they love the commedia dell'arte, I also like to organize in archaeological, historical attractions, natural beauty of the performances related to the site where they are represented, discovered a vein of a teacher I also do performances and workshops in schools. I delight to do the special guided tours in and around Rome's lesser known places and fascinating.
