Spacious 3 bedroom villa above Loggos with lovely swimming pool, amazing sea view and nice well kept gardens. Property is very private and not overlookeed in any way. Brick built BBQ,charming pergola terrace beside swimming pool for alfresco dining
Covered porch terrace entire length of house with wicker effect lounge chairs and coffee table, which can be gated to keep small children out of pool area.
Nice open plan living/dining area with well equipped kitchen. Double bedroom and 2 twin bedrooms (one ensuite).
Loggos village is just over eight minutes walk from the house down the donkey steps. The stunning Kipos and Kipiadi beaches are just ten mins walk from the house.

Great Location
Villa Costas was just what we needed for a very enjoyable stay on Paxos. The pool and outdoor areas were well used and the location was ideal, just a short walk up and down the donkey tracks to Loggos. Costas was very helpful and hospitable all times.

Fantastic
We absolutely loved our stay in Costas’s villa. It was clean, spacious, has a great pool and a fantastic view over the sea. Loggos and Paxos are both beautiful and we will definitely be returning to stay at Villa Costas. The cat is also brilliant and very friendly!

Fabulous break at Villa Costas
The property was fabulous and so too was the helpfulness of Costas, the owner before and during our stay. Before our stay Costas answered all our questions promptly via email. The property was actually bigger than anticipated both inside and out and had the most magnificent views from the pool area. We only had a very short and pleasant walk (7 mins) down to the village. We spent every evening having pre dinner drinks at Costas' bar (Roxy's). Costas and his partner Danielle were always so helpful, attentive and friendly. I would thoroughly recommend a stay villa Costas!

Gute ruhige Lage - schönes Grundstück
Die Villa liegt oberhalb von Loggos der Fußweg dauert 10 Minuten, der Rückweg dauert circa 15 Minuten da es Berg hoch geht. Die Villa ist sehr ruhig gelegen, dass Grundstück ist mit vielen Oliven und Zitronenbäumen bepflanzt. Der Pool ist ungefähr 12 Meter lang und 3 Meter breit und hat in der Mitte eine Tiefe von ungefähr 1,8 Meter. Die Villa hat innen drei Schlafzimmer, zwei Badezimmer und eine offenen Wohn - Essbereich. Die Villa ist innen zweckmäßig eingerichtet, das Mobiliar ist nicht sehr modern oder luxuriös aber das Preis-Leistungsverhätniss ist sehr gut. Man bekommt einige Villen die sicherlich moderner eingerichtet sind aber dafür bezahlt man mindestens den doppelten Preis, wir haben sehr viele Villen verglichen....Costas und seine Freundin haben sich immer um alles gekümmert.

Peaceful villa
The villa is larger than photos, it is set on a hill in a quiet neighbourhood around a 10 minute walk down the hill to Loggos. Costas is an extremely good host and owns Roxi bar in Loggos where we went several times during our visit. We are also able to hire a boat from Costas and explored the island and near by anti-paxos

Perfect for us - privacy, fantastic view of sea and hospitable host.
The villa is much larger than the photos suggest and it is set in big gardens. It is such a comfortable villa. We slept fantastically well because the beds were really comfortable and the air-conditioning was quiet and very good quality. There were shutters on all bedroom windows to keep the light out. Just brilliant. We were able to cook proper meals - in a really well equipped kitchen. For a 1 week stay we got 2 visits for cleaning/clean sheets and towels. We were even able to watch World Cup on the Villa tv - that was a real bonus. Mostly we preferred to go to the villa owner’s bar in Loggos to watch the matches in the great atmosphere there (Loggis’ favourite bar) and were welcomed there by very friendly Kostas - who always checked with us that everything at the villa was to our liking. It was! Great size pool. Lovely outdoor spaces. Perfect location. Complete privacy. We loved this villa.
