The premises on the ground floor have a beautiful large living room, 1 separate cozy kitchen, 2 separate comfortable bedrooms and 1 comfortable bathroom with shower and toilet. The beautiful terrace with comfortable seating and barbecue invites you to relax and linger. In the garden of the property is another sunny seating area for nice hours outdoors. In Boltenhagen you have the choice between several supermarkets. Children feel well in Boltenhagen. In the village there are several playgrounds, playground equipment and on the beach, of course, a lot of space for boisterous romping and digging. It is about 800 m to the long sandy beach. Here you can expect the best conditions for relaxed (sun) swimming, for sports and games and for extended and relaxing walks in every season. In the Baltic Sea there is also a long pier, a spa park, a promenade with many quaint cafes and cozy restaurants and smaller shops. With children a visit to the Klützer butterfly park is very worthwhile. The apartment is not suitable for wheelchairs!
