It is about 800 m to the long sandy beach. The 1-room apartment is located in a separate house (ground floor), which is located on the spacious private and well-maintained property. The holiday room has a size of approx. 18 m² and is designed for up to 2 people and with laminate flooring. The combined living and bedroom has a double bed, sitting area, TV and radio. The kitchen area with fridge (including freezer compartment), microwave, coffee machine, toaster and kettle is also in the living and sleeping area. There is also a shower room on the property. The terrace invites you to relax and is right next to the house. There is seating here and there is also the opportunity to grill. In the garden of the property there is another sunny seating area.
