Glaven is a detached cottage located in the village of Bonar Bridge in Caithness and Sutherland. Hosting three bedrooms; a king-size with en-suite, a double, and a twin, along with a family bathroom, this property can sleep up to six people. Inside you will also find a cloakroom, kitchen/diner, utility, sitting room with log burner, a snug, and a garage/games room. To the outside is off road parking for two cars, and a rear garden 1/3 of an acre, with patio areas and furniture. Resting in a lovely location with delightful views, Glaven is a memorable cottage in a wonderful part of Scotland. Please note - No tradesmen/ worker bookings allowed in property.

Electric oven and ceramic hob, oven, grill, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, 2 x TVs, 1 Smart TV with FreeSat and 1 TV with DVD player, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for log burner inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off road parking for 2 cars. Rear garden approx 1/3 of an acre, with patio areas and furniture. Sorry no pets & no smoking. Shop, pub and cafe 2 mins walk. Note: Recreational ground below the property is very rough, therefore care to be taken.
